We ran away to the wilderness to do yoga, hike & heal

  • WILDERNESS RETREAT TIME!
    On the first day of spring, my friend and I set out into the woods on a spontaneously-planned cabin in the woods retreat.
    For the 3 days we were there, I was off technology, I swam, I ate good food, I woke up early, meditated, and refreshed my outlook on life. We laughed, we cried, we sang, we danced, and we listened to Disney music for an entire day.
    For a while I had really been craving a trip to go wild in the woods. If you've never experienced something like this before, it's hard to explain. But I felt like my brain was so full (of GOOD things) that I needed to step away from it all to reassess who I WAS outside of what I wanted.
