Such a beautiful message. The man is so positive and full of life! The world needs more of such people. Thank you so much for this beautiful video. Love n light to you!
yes Siva.. i agree with you! awesome video. Juhu Circle is always blocked with heavy traffic.. and I'm often stressed and frustrated. But then i see this man.. with that perpetual smile on his face.. spreading non-communal love. I can't help but smile back at him! It makes my day!
I have seen Him many times and always thought very highly of Him .. His message is simple, His smile is infectious and His method of giving the message is amazing. Thanks for making this film and uploading it :)
i see this man virtually every alternate day when I pass by the circle and my initial reaction was to laugh at him and eventually ignore him! but this is perspective i never thought of! nicely captured and pieced together. I think i i now #respect the man. And am grateful to the makers of the video.
hats off dude... I always watch u once in a week when I go for classes!! great courage and great work done by you.. I also believe that the day is not far away when you WILL change the society through your peaceful message.
I've passed by this man 5 days a week for the last 2 years, and I've come from thinking "what the fuck is wrong with this crazy dude" to "I wish I knew what he does". I give him a smile & a wave everyday now, and he gives me a nod & smile back the best he can in the heat.. What a guy, Mumbai needs chaps like him.
It's not about him, who makes the difference. It's us, who will take his message to heart and change our ways. He only reminds us of what we already know.
I used to see this guy everyday at Juhu circle when I was in Mumbai. Often thought of talking to him and finiding out more about his life. Glad u made this film Harshvir. Thanks. :)
HE always brings a smile to my face when I pass by, and if all he achieves is to make people smile, it is a great feat in this stressful city where a smile is so rare. For months I asked me what he wanted he always said no even to water, then last monsoon I asked him if I could get him a raincoat and he said only if it is white :-) So happy to see him in the raincoat in this clip. Very nicely shot, sleek editing and a subject which will talk to people!! Great stuff !!
A fond Bombay memory: Why passing Juhu circle every morning was the highlight on certain ragged days. Remembering Krishnadas with a smile on my face. ...Roop Majumdar
How truly inspiring! Salute him for his determination and dedication . Some people think it won't amount to anything or won't make a difference, but guess what? It's a good start! Everyone should continue spreading this kind of love and hope, Cheers xx
Good stuff! After seeing him the 1st time I was looking out for him the 2nd time I passed the junction. He always brings a smile to my face & I hope people inculcate the message he propagates!
I have often seem him and have been very curious about him. Am happy to see this video and know more about him. It is people like him who just go out and do what they feel needs to be done that bring hope to this world
We're stuck in the sameness of everyday life.Every day many people cross Juhu Circle. I was one of them. He stands there with this massage 'Apne dharm par chalo, sabse prem karo' Everyday We saw each other we shared smiles and I continued my journey. For 4 years I did this. He always smiled and made my day with his message. You will still find him at his spot. Let's smile back to him and spread his message.
Beautiful! Those of you who can see him any time, you are so lucky! In America, they would probably lock him up. :-( Thank you for making this so the rest of us can see him. There are many in the West who want to hear this.
Ive always wondered since past year i guess....about why is this man standing. But never spared the time to ask him myself. You people brought this to everyone's notice..... Good work done. Cheers.
I can't believe I haven't seen this one. Amazingly done guys. Big up to Harshvir, Karunesh, Achint and the rest of the guys associated with this short. PS - I love this guy!
I had heard about him before, but I saw him for the first time today, standing alone with his sign in the smoke and sweltering afternoon heat. I wanted to get off the bus and talk to him and give him a drink. Maybe some other day. Respect.
WOW is the word . beautifully made , simple yet puts the message across . good time watching it , will look out for this guy next time i am around , you ve given him an identity . :) nice . will share it
great work man, Im a film student in san francisco, but originally from bombay i remember this guy holding his banner at juhu circle a number of times from my last visit. Loved it. I'd like to collaborate sometime with you and others involved in making this documentary. Keep up the good work.
Humko dheere dheere hi sudharna hoga ! That is one line for all naysayers who look for dramatic changes based on any good act as if this is a movie and not real life. That fact that he influenced at least a few people is good enough as they may in turn pass on that feeling, affecting the well being of the society in the long run.
What a guy.....no matter how torrential the rain is....he will wait for it to stop....so that he can get back to his junction....and spread his thought ! :D
@surd12 Good cause, Great idea to capture it and an even better idea to share it with all people around the world. You should consider entering it into this video competition about India Is.. I think this will definitely fit under the theme 'India Is... creative" One man, pushing a message that we all know but always forget to follow!! Isn't that creative and inspiring? Consider it!!
hmm.. interesting!! question is does the act of documenting something might dilute the cause? i remember the first time i saw krishnadas..it had a huge impact on my soul..rarely does one sight captures u and makes u question urself or the functioning of the society.
@surd12 Buddy.. Glad to see you've taken the initiative to capture this man's message of peace, harmony and love. Unity is something that is always questioned, especially in our country. You've got a good story, and one that should be shared with a global audience. :) By entering the competition - indiais.org - besides winning cash prizes, there are some crazy cool cameras + more to be won. Immense exposure for your short video and it's story. Do consider entering the competition. Very easy!
I wonder if the people who are interviewed in this video have ever bothered to implement on the message shared by Krishnadas. Yeh Mumbai hai meri jaan... people die on roadside and no one bothers to give a second look.
but this mystery man did.. coz the first thing i asked to myself was ..why is he doing this? followed by ..what am i doing! after that everytime i would pass juhu circle..i would look out for him... playing a game to figure his act..only to keep my soul searching..
Such a beautiful message. The man is so positive and full of life! The world needs more of such people.
Thank you so much for this beautiful video.
Love n light to you!
