Hello guys! Just want to tell you that this is all experimental that's why I used acrylic for the stars. Although it works, I suggest you use "Fabric paint" instead of acrylic. Have a nice day friends. ☮️❤️🙏🙇
I know im randomly asking but does someone know a way to get back into an instagram account? I was stupid forgot my password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Jeffery Aarav i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im in the hacking process atm. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I'm a novice tie-dyer, and I used this tutorial with slightly different colors and the bleach method for the stars you showed in another video, and my shirt came out AMAZING! Thanks so much!
Tip: You don't have to individually paint the stars. Just take a wide brush dipped in white acrylic or fabric paint, hold it over the shirt and flick at it with your other hand. The paint will splatter onto the shirt (make sure it doesn't splatter on anything else!) and create a galaxy in seconds. Hope this helps!
Another AWESOME design man! Also, give some thought on setting the paint with a heat press or household iron. Dont forget you use something between the iron/press and the material, like parchment paper! HEAT SETS PAINT!
For the stars, try putting the white paint on a tooth brush and scraping the brush with your thumb, throwing specks of white paint randomly, that's what I do for paintings.
Nebulae were one of the 1st things that came to my mind as something less abstract I could potentially pull off, and I tend to like slightly subtler designs when wearing stuff. I also love teal + amber-ish nebulae, and a personal preference is I'd make the dots slightly fewer and maybe just a bit smaller, a touch more negative space between them here and there. If you wanna get really elaborate, maybe you could even nail the smooth flaring edges, perhaps somehow diluting the paint would help?
Incredible work as always! Gotta an idea for a shirt if you’re interested. Was looking up pics of Nebulas and came across one called the “Helix Nebula” it essentially looks like an eye-pretty cool looking. I was curious to see if you wanted to take a shot at doing something like that.
How do you get your shirt to stay crinkled/folded? Everytime I try and do some folds of some sort my shirts open back up or the folds pop out it’s so frustrating haha

@Jeffery Aarav it worked and I actually got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thank you so much you saved my ass !
You can mix any acrylic paint with fabric medium to make it usable on cloth. :)

Try putting the paint on a toothbrush and flicking it so the paint flies off in little dots in a natural pattern. But, totally awesome design.
some use a sprayer with bleach in it also, but LSD's method yielded awesome results.
@You're Sheep not sure but possibly after to have "twinkle" effect on it sounds like it could work possibly? What do I know though
@@lgjoh123 if u spray it with bleach then u have to wash it again
Let’s all take advice from the guy who doesn’t tye dye shirts for a living.
Yup. Nothing more natural than flicking paint off a toothbrush 🪥
That's probably the best and the most beautiful tie dye I have ever seen.
Mines in the bag curing right now! I hope it turns out half as decent as this one. Thanks for the guide!
make the video n post it on yt.. want to see it so bad.. i just purchased the tie dye powder but its not arrived yet
@@Zerofuckhasbeengiven it has been done for awhile! I sadly didn't take a video but it turned out sooooo good!
4 months later, im curious did the paint wash out or anything ?

I love the shirt and I love the synth pop music too!
It's amazing! I personally LOVED it before the paint...but its amazing after as well
This is my favorite shirt you've ever done
This is probably my favorite looking design that I might make soon! 😅
Instead of acrylic I would recommend fabric paint, but this was def one of my fave designs!!
Yes, I totally agree fabric paint is so much better than acrylic. 🙇✌️
Exactly what I was thinking
Get glow in the dark.
That's what I'm about to do.
What a good idea said zog

Thank you, hippie. Many vibes or whatever.

Try folding it in damp. I noticed that it's hard to fold it in dry. ✌️😅
@@LSDTieDyeTV my rubber bands that came with my tye dye kit are sadly to strong so it wont stay like that?
But btw does the acrylic paint stay when it has been washed?
@@small138 yes it will stay but if you want you can also try fabric paints..
@@LSDTieDyeTV thanks!

Could you please tell me how you mixed the paint. The ratio of acrylic paint to water. The colors are so vivid. This shirt is amazing. Thank you.

It's beautiful! But I wonder... Doesn't washing erase acrylic paint?

It's Summer and I'm feeling kinda Tie-Dye(ee)😄 Your vids are Awesome! and clean& neat I AM A FAN😆✌
Crazy lol
Cool 😎 video.I wonder how you can do it on a larger scale??🤔🤔🤔
Tricked out
You could also use salt on the shirt so dye won’t stick and get stars
Cool pattern! So did you turn it inside out before you dye it? I see that cause the direction of the line is reversed. Why do you do that?
This looks sooooo good, please can you give an idea what you use as dye mix?
Do they ever teach this in Fine Arts?! Thank you for sharing!!!
Interesting🥰
The song is Miami by frenetics
Stupendaaa. Che marca di colori usi?
👍👍👍
What brand of dye? I plan to follow this video! I'm going to a Rock festival in November and want to make shirts for each day
Looks awesome but i have questions. Do you soak your shirts in soda ash and do you have a web site for your dyes?
Pre soaked in soda ash for 30min to 1hr. Yes I have my own fiber reactive dye. 🙏
Do you add water to fabric paint to obtain that level of fluidity of the color?
Woow
Sweet design and awesome finish. Could you use bleach instead of paint?
Yes you can! Just don't forget to neutralize (hydrogen peroxide) the bleach after applying. ✌️
the ink on this tee is acrylic paint? regular acrylic paint?
Yep acrylic doesn't wash
What kind of rubber bands do you use ??
Is your shirt damp or dried after the soaking ? Looks so cool, thank you .
Damp. 😁
@@LSDTieDyeTV thank you 😊 hope I can make mine as cool .
