Sukie, finally i got my chiffon cake, thank you so so much. I used 18cm pan used 1.5 of your recipe. I adjust the temp,coz mine is a different brand.. Is a bit wet inaidebut at least the sides is straight up. Thank you for sharing and patiently replying my questions. 🙏🙏🙏
@@hl7508 should be dry one. You can insert a toothpick into the center of the cake check whether is it done, if still got wet batter sticking, you may continue bake for another 5-10 mins.

Yes correct 20mins with foil, 20 mins without foil, last 5 mins higher temperature for darker color.

你的牛油有融化吗?融化后的份量对吗?如果蛋糕没有发高那可能是你的蛋白霜打过头了,导致消泡了。
