Moving Into Our Van (Again) & Heading to Baja, Mexico!

We're moving back into our van and decided that we're going to... Baja, Mexico!
After 2 months out of the van, we are so excited to get back to van life and continue exploring amazing new places.
We were on the fence about going to Mexico, but did our research and talked to other van lifers already down in Baja. We decided we're going to spend a month in Baja before heading back into the US.
The main things we did to prepare were:
Getting Mexico car insurance through Baja Bound (www.bajabound....)
Getting travel insurance through World Nomads (www.worldnomad...)
Exchanging US dollars for pesos
Filling out an FMM (Multiple Immigration Form) (www.inm.gob.mx...)
and followed the process to pay online
Gathering our dog Bailey's vaccination records
Printing out all the above
Making copies of our passports/IDs
Organizing documents in a folder that will be easy to access on the road
Grocery shopping for any pantry/personal items you want to have
Downloading offline maps (Google maps)
Signing up for a plan that includes international cellular data coverage (if yours doesn't already include it)
