If you are going to use a M1 Garand at Tier 4, I suggest using the Grenade Launcher version of it. Not only is it the same firepower as it's regular counterpart; but if you know where to aim, those rifle grenades are able to pen tanks. Yes, you'll be able to even kill a King Tiger (granted in a very specific way) with them. As far as Tier 2, the Browning Auto 5 is a very strong shotgun that Assaulters and Engineers can equip but it's not "Best in Slot". If for whatever reason the SMGs at low tiers doesn't feel good to use for you, the Browning Auto 5 is a good alternative.
Tier III Garand is way cheaper and faster to upgrade than Garand w/ Grenade launcher, I don’t think is worth putting the extra grind in the GL version when you can perfectly rush for M2 carbine
For BR3, I can only recommend the P51-D5 with its 6 .50cal Machine guns and 2 500 pounds bombs, it makes a great fighter plane that definitely packs a punch against enemy planes and ground vehicles
Logged in and checked, to make sure I'm not tripping, but the M1 Garand is actually a BR III weapon! While it unlocks in T4 on the tech tree, it actually plays at only BR III! Which, in my opinion, places it as the second best BR III rifle in the game (behind the Soviet SVT-38) Best strategy to overcome the shortcomings you described for BR III West Allies is to run Engineer squads with Garands. Your Garands will out perform anything you will face, since the BR III competition are the German Gewehr 41 and Japanese Type Hei or Otsu.
Only problem if you get high BR match with BR III and you face BR IV and BR V squads. I would suggest just skipping BR III becouse yes you can stomp on BR I to BR III matches but in BR III-BR V just suffering.
@@carterjones8126the Garand really gets the job done against Tier V thanks to it’s 1 shot potential. This makes it, at least in my opinion, better than the svt-38, that lack this capability against players with Vitality perk
yes! This is true! The big problem is that it's Tier 4, meaning you have to go through the process of unlocking things Tier 3 before you can grab it, which makes it much weaker overall. Or more specifically, it makes Tier 3 USA much weaker
@@manuelmeruendano The Garand doesn't one shot players with Vitality perk either. it's what makes using it at BR5 so painful since it can require 3 rounds to fully finish off a single soldier (2 to down if you don't hit headshot and one to finish off when downed) and you only get 8 rounds. You really start noticing it when you can only kill 2 guys with a clip even if you hit every shot, especially when they are fully equipped with assault rifles and can get back up in a couple of seconds.
Fantastic video as always! The .30 cal is easily my favorite weapon in the game. Its stopping is immense when combined with its non-existent recoil. Hopefully, we get to see the Super Pershing in the next major update. Fingers crossed.
Auto-5 engineer squad is a good "assaulter" squad for low tier. And since you're probably not gonna be using assaulter at high tier any (thx, M2 carbine), you can run assaulter IV with reload and veritcal recoil reduction with secondary weapon and then go ham with M3A1 + Auto 5 for anti-everything at every range.
i agree with everything you said, except 2 things, the M1 carbine, which in my opinion is better than it was before but still much more inferior to bolties because of that even if you just spray bullets into enemies, you will most of the time only get hit markers. the second is the BAR, apart from its magazine size which is horrible ngl, it does do what it was meant to do, be a light machine gun and it deals high hit power and has a pretty controllable fire rate. but yh the vid as a whole is amazing, thank you quadro
I played with the M1 Garand in different game for 16 years and i just noticed he was born in my city. Im in complete shock,i will play with this gun every time now.
P14 is hands down one of the best rifles In the game. I take it on all the soldiers I can. It’s accurate, cheap, reloads fast and has the best sight picture of them all. Can’t go wrong
I hope they add some French stuff for the allies. 1940 france for teir 1-3 and Free French for teir 4-5. Also maybe some Vichy France for Axis teir 1-3
I think too many people forget that the BAR was essentially the first irl battle rifle. It wasn’t meant to be an LMG even though it saw use as such. Most video games translate as such since you don’t have the restrictions that lead to a lot of operators opting to remain stationary when firing lol
My only advice is that in teirs 1 and 2 pick your weapons based on which iron sights you like the best. For example between the sten and the m50 if you hate the iron sights on one use the other and you will do better over all

As a long time veteran of about a month and a half, heres what Ive learned about this game. First, as you advance up the tech tree, you end up buying one of every gun. Besides, its an easy way to gain exp. Third, mark enemies. There are alot of players that like to play support roles. Their job is easier if they know where bad guys are. Just like the real world, knowing what is where on a battlefield is what decides a win or loss. Marking helps anyone using mortars, air strikes, planes, tanks, etc. Its not like marking costs any money, so ping the hell out of the enemy. Help us help you.

Although I might agree with the early BARs being average, I hard disagree about this applying to the A2 and WAR variants. These weapons at tier 3 I would argue are some of the best weapons you can pick up at tier 3 due to their relative accuracy, recoil/stability, and comfy sights (subjective) which makes them an absolute mainstay in my high tier Allied line-ups. Although they only packs 20 rounds, I can't help but feel its ease of use, high damage and flexibility makes it up for this short coming to put it on par with the MG 34 (I would say it might even be better but that's my perspective). Nevertheless, you're correct in placing it's weapon role as less of an LMG and more as a battle rifle/Assault rifle, but that certainly doesn't mean it's mediocre in this role, far from it.
For my pilots, I will run the Reising as a secondary for them. Might seem strange, but it’s select fire and has fairly good ranged damage. I use it as a semiauto carbine for mid range. If I’m pinned down, an automatic SMG isn’t much use.
i think the max i have ever seen is 33 kills at one time i have also replicated it twice with the beaufighter mx with its rp rockets and a p51 with the two 500lbs bombs but there are more clips of p47s getting 25kills on a average basis during each go around
What are your suggestions for BR II machine guns for allies? I like the BAR but that's BR III. The Berthier has bad sights that block the view and I haven't tried the Bren. Any suggestions would be great.

When my buddy and I just want to fuck around and see if the Germans make us find out we both run a P-47 and Corsair, and then run as many paratroops as we can 😂
When you do the Japanese faction I suggest you highlight the Arisaka type 38 rifle (not the carbine). It has crazy rate of fire for a bolt action, decent reload and accuracy. Hidden gem imo. Far better than type 99 rifle or the type Hei p.o.s. I'd go as far to say that it's the best rifle Japan gets up until the type 4 rifle (garand copy).

I have always been and M1 carbine guy. A lot of the time you are fighting over objectives and the fire power to wipe whole squads while the enemy can only get two bolt shots off is just far superior. If you are good at hitting the headshots the mid range is more than good enough to compete. I will ego any bolt and unpredictable movements make it very hard to return a hit back on me. Best all around BR 1&2 gun in the game.

I'll take BAR over MG 34/42 any time! Yes, it has 50 rounds, but it much harder to controll and with insane firerate you'll run out of ammo faster then BARs. Also M1 can(and will) be so frustrating at times! You'll be hitting an enemy, see two hit markers and then die because he shot you with a single real bullet from a bolt-action.
Great question! Grant and Lee are basically the same, so no big difference there. The crusader is faster, but more lightly armored. I'd say the Grant/Lee is a better tank in Enlisted, but the Crusader is more fun. Your choice after that! :)
I'm still holding a grude for the fact that we don't have the T20 rifle (what I affectionately call "AutoGarand") in the game, although one dev already said that allies will also get something, they just "didn't want to show anything at once" and that "something is still in development".
The pershing is definetely overmatched when facing the tiger 2, but if properly angled at 60 degrees it can stop every axis tank in the game. This still doesn't fix the horrible gun though(hopefully the super pershing comes 🙏)
I use M2 Carbine in all my infantry squads, and yes, this is ridiculous, far better than STG-44, and literally can be used by almost all troops. A assault squad with 4 Thomps 50 mags, 2 M2s and 1 M1919 is fully OP, i have 3 squadrons like this hahahahaha dividing the Army with P-47, AP-4C, a full machine gunners event squad, and a premium flammetrooper squad fully armed with M2s, it's literally impossible to complete a battle without a Battle Hero medal, Allies Tier V tree is fully O.P
i personally disagree with quadro with saying allies rank 3 is the weakest tier, now rank 3 in it of itself is weak with the wonky MM however allied rank 3 is arguably the strongest the allies like to be offensive so having things like the bar while bad in a LMG role is a fantastic assault role, the tommy guns and garand makes you a potent infantry squad, the m9 is a great anti tank weapon being able to kill even king tigers, do not sleep on this weapon, though the flame thrower is kinda mediocre but not bad. also the shermans while unable to kill rank 5 tanks will still do work against infantry, as a rank 5 player i do not hate seeing these on the battlefield, also the p51 is a fantastic plane, as a pilot i recommend running it all the way to the ap4/p47 rank 4 US to me is just meh in comparison, not many upgrades compared to rank 3, the jonhson rifle just isnt enough of a upgrade to justify its cost over the garand, i personally like the johnson lmg over the bar but it isnt for everyone, the tommies are kind of a downgrade compared to the rank 3 counterparts and frankly you should use the m2 carbine at rank 5 over them anyway, the garand launcher is fantastic and if you have the spare silver i would invest in these, a squad of m2 carbine garand launchers and bar and/or 1919 is devastating, the m2 flamer and mortar are nice to have but not needed, as far as vehicles go my opinion falls in line with quadros, they are fine but against german rank 4/5 you are at a disadvantage, the 76 can beat the cats but you have to work for it some other opinions/tips 1- as usual build rallies 2- personally i recommend having a apc in any line up, having the ability to have a mobile spawn is crucial for team success 3- allies like to be aggressive and as such there gear is built toward that role, be aggressive, attack the point 4- allies have the best planes in the game, use this advantage as a pilot 5- caution when getting into rank 3 air as the beaufighter is your 1st rank 3 plane but its br 4 6- at rank 2 pilot the p38g and sbd and fantastic planes at the br, dont underestimate them 7- just have fun :)
@matthewjones39 decent in close range but compared to the bolt actions or smgs, it lacks kill speed and reliability. The best success I've found with it is in close/medium range, if you hide well you can take time to aim for heads but the sight makes it harder in most other circumstances.
@matthewjones39 i do. I just find im switching to the rifle units more frequently for most situations. This only applies for the m1 carbine specifically though.
I use the M3 for all of my assaulters and tankers for historical accuracy, and with this experience I can tell you it is one of the worst SMGs in the game
good job man. in war thunder channel there is a series like that with the name: climbing the rank with... you should be the first in enlisted to do that, becose when enlisted channel make that seriet to, you will be the first. change this vid name to that.
New player advice? Get everything up to br2 and grind at br2 until you have lineups for br4/5. Dont go into br 3s to get uptiered to br 5 almost every single game.
I actually disagree, I’m currently br3 and getting tier up games is good experience. I probably have 50 or so battles on br3 US and my worst game was like 45 kills, 15 squads lost and that was my third game ever
Nah. I recorded a bit talking about the crusader/Grant but probably forgot to cut it back into the video when I was moving stuff around. Crusader and Grant are great :)
For new players while quadro is right about the usefulness of antitank soldiers a much more valuable one is the radio operator I've been in too many games with no one else running radio operators this should not happen as well timed artillery strikes can be good at clearing zones for defending or attacking
It's not the greatest of advice for low tier new players (except the importance of rally points), but I'm glad it's out there to at least confuse or maybe mislead new players. More prey to hunt down in low tiers that way. >:)
Why does everyone sleep on the Vickers? I dropped 221 kills in a T3 lobby with it. I know it's only got 30 rounds but I can get longshots with it just fine. It's my favorite lmg in the game. I really hate it gets no love

I am at t3 or 2 but i got boree of the grind and bought the paratrooper squad and now i am thinking downtierieng by removing them since i basically spawn onces with my paratroop squad die and then respawn with a higly out classed squad die and spawn in with the paratroopers again
I'd love some tips for my squads or Anything at this point
What are the differences between the three BARs? I see the A2 has the slow auto, but what else?
nice guide bro
Daimler Mkii is underrated. It's small and fast and the 40mm can pen any tank at low BRs. I love harrasing camping Panzers with it
can you do german as second guide?
really appreciated
Kinda unrelated, but I’m close to getting the Garand which will be my first BR 3 item, but what else should I get before actually going in to BR3?
lanchester can be picked up in tier 3 but is actually tier 2 for the battlerating
Neat series!
Wheres the guide for a Japan!?
Can i ask why the medic? they dont seem to be doing very much, and my team is not picking up any med kits from the crates
I think it’s more for the automatic weapons than the actual medic part
Are you going to do a video like this for every fraction?
yus
Hey Quadro, even though the M1 Garand is in Tier IV, it is a great BR III weapon
Nobody talks about this but: the M50 reising is actually super good
The person that made the M1 Grand was actually John Garand
Which BR II vehicle in the tech tree do you recommend? The Grant, Lee, or Crusader?
Great question! Grant and Lee are basically the same, so no big difference there. The crusader is faster, but more lightly armored. I'd say the Grant/Lee is a better tank in Enlisted, but the Crusader is more fun. Your choice after that! :)
@@HeyQuadro Would you say the extra turret armor of the Grant or the extra machine gun of the Lee is better?
@@ndinoguy6845 I'd go Grant, it has more 75 gun ammo, which makes a lot of difference in pacific games where HE is king.
M1 Garand was made by John Cantius Garand 9:49
I'm still holding a grude for the fact that we don't have the T20 rifle (what I affectionately call "AutoGarand") in the game, although one dev already said that allies will also get something, they just "didn't want to show anything at once" and that "something is still in development".
the T20 is in game, its a gold order weapon.
@@HeyQuadro I know about it, I have one, still shame that its only gold order weapon.
I feel like the piat deserved a mention, because it is a huge upgrade over the m1 bazooka, and in many ways, it outclasses the m9
it has more pen than the M1, but is harder to use. Its strictly worse than the M9, since it has about 20mm less pen
@@HeyQuadro ok
The pershing is definetely overmatched when facing the tiger 2, but if properly angled at 60 degrees it can stop every axis tank in the game. This still doesn't fix the horrible gun though(hopefully the super pershing comes 🙏)
I’m going to unlock the Crusader soon, is it good for BR 1-3?
yo what gun are you using early on in the video?
Grand built by John Garand, another great Canadian.
Will you make guide for German too?
The BAR was also a 30 caliber. .30-06
what map is played in the intro??
I must be the only one that likes the Johnson 1941 LMG, this thing is basically an American FG 42 but locked to machinegunners lol.
Are the shotguns worth it
nothing is quite as fun as thanos snapping infantry with a 105
Can you make a video on German tanks
I use M2 Carbine in all my infantry squads, and yes, this is ridiculous, far better than STG-44, and literally can be used by almost all troops. A assault squad with 4 Thomps 50 mags, 2 M2s and 1 M1919 is fully OP, i have 3 squadrons like this hahahahaha dividing the Army with P-47, AP-4C, a full machine gunners event squad, and a premium flammetrooper squad fully armed with M2s, it's literally impossible to complete a battle without a Battle Hero medal, Allies Tier V tree is fully O.P
Any tips for running a morter?
i have a mortar guide out there. Its outdated but its generally all still true. maybe ill make an updated one tbh
@@HeyQuadro I'll go check that out. thank you
i personally disagree with quadro with saying allies rank 3 is the weakest tier, now rank 3 in it of itself is weak with the wonky MM however allied rank 3 is arguably the strongest
the allies like to be offensive so having things like the bar while bad in a LMG role is a fantastic assault role, the tommy guns and garand makes you a potent infantry squad, the m9 is a great anti tank weapon being able to kill even king tigers, do not sleep on this weapon, though the flame thrower is kinda mediocre but not bad. also the shermans while unable to kill rank 5 tanks will still do work against infantry, as a rank 5 player i do not hate seeing these on the battlefield, also the p51 is a fantastic plane, as a pilot i recommend running it all the way to the ap4/p47
rank 4 US to me is just meh in comparison, not many upgrades compared to rank 3, the jonhson rifle just isnt enough of a upgrade to justify its cost over the garand, i personally like the johnson lmg over the bar but it isnt for everyone, the tommies are kind of a downgrade compared to the rank 3 counterparts and frankly you should use the m2 carbine at rank 5 over them anyway, the garand launcher is fantastic and if you have the spare silver i would invest in these, a squad of m2 carbine garand launchers and bar and/or 1919 is devastating, the m2 flamer and mortar are nice to have but not needed, as far as vehicles go my opinion falls in line with quadros, they are fine but against german rank 4/5 you are at a disadvantage, the 76 can beat the cats but you have to work for it
some other opinions/tips
1- as usual build rallies
2- personally i recommend having a apc in any line up, having the ability to have a mobile spawn is crucial for team success
3- allies like to be aggressive and as such there gear is built toward that role, be aggressive, attack the point
4- allies have the best planes in the game, use this advantage as a pilot
5- caution when getting into rank 3 air as the beaufighter is your 1st rank 3 plane but its br 4
6- at rank 2 pilot the p38g and sbd and fantastic planes at the br, dont underestimate them
7- just have fun :)
Im grinding the allies as my first nation. I would NOT recommend the m1 carbine
Why not?
@matthewjones39 decent in close range but compared to the bolt actions or smgs, it lacks kill speed and reliability. The best success I've found with it is in close/medium range, if you hide well you can take time to aim for heads but the sight makes it harder in most other circumstances.
@@griffinsamuel6486 There’s no reason you can’t have carbines and rifles in your squad at the same time.
@matthewjones39 i do. I just find im switching to the rifle units more frequently for most situations. This only applies for the m1 carbine specifically though.
Hot take, the Scott and Grease Gun are too slept on
I use the M3 for all of my assaulters and tankers for historical accuracy, and with this experience I can tell you it is one of the worst SMGs in the game
good job man. in war thunder channel there is a series like that with the name: climbing the rank with... you should be the first in enlisted to do that, becose when enlisted channel make that seriet to, you will be the first. change this vid name to that.
New player advice? Get everything up to br2 and grind at br2 until you have lineups for br4/5. Dont go into br 3s to get uptiered to br 5 almost every single game.
I guess you could but it's not like T3 is that much worse that T4/5. You can fight back in a meaningful way unless you are a vehicle player.
If u have M1a1 Thomson, M1 garant and BAR ur pretty competetive .
I actually disagree, I’m currently br3 and getting tier up games is good experience. I probably have 50 or so battles on br3 US and my worst game was like 45 kills, 15 squads lost and that was my third game ever
Did I miss him talking about the Crusader?
Nah. I recorded a bit talking about the crusader/Grant but probably forgot to cut it back into the video when I was moving stuff around. Crusader and Grant are great :)
The browning 5 is overpowered
For new players while quadro is right about the usefulness of antitank soldiers a much more valuable one is the radio operator I've been in too many games with no one else running radio operators this should not happen as well timed artillery strikes can be good at clearing zones for defending or attacking
I like the Russians, The US is fun to play it was the first faction I maxxed out. The tier 3 planes are awesome you can use 2 of the same planes.
It's not the greatest of advice for low tier new players (except the importance of rally points), but I'm glad it's out there to at least confuse or maybe mislead new players. More prey to hunt down in low tiers that way. >:)
BAR is awesome
12:55 wnioskuje że ta scena jest z prywatnego servera jest to nie osiągalne w normalnej grze !!!
please make such a guide for USSR!!
P-38 is a rocket plane that destroys low BR.
Why does everyone sleep on the Vickers? I dropped 221 kills in a T3 lobby with it. I know it's only got 30 rounds but I can get longshots with it just fine. It's my favorite lmg in the game. I really hate it gets no love
AP-4C is a tier 4 plane
Tier 5, BR 4. I broke this video up by Tiers not BR's.
You killed a fucking 109E with HVARs 💀 12:59
We need more British representation
Please a ussr guide nest

The Garand was obviously made by Mr. Garand.
Okay, this is destroying me. Every time I watch a video of someone playing enlisted, their smgs and mg's have like 20% of the kickback that I have in game, even though I have the vertical recoil perk maxed out and aim perk at least once. How the heck, when I shoot the same weapons in this video they're jumping all over the place.
You missed Br 1 and 2 tanks
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
