The first house was nice, but the bedrooms were small, especially the master. Love the 1st floor bedroom. The price he quoted was probably the base price for that model. I'm sure that house has plenty of upgrades, which will increase the cost greatly. The second house was the jawdropper! Absolutely beautiful!!
Second house I like, we just had the bathroom, rip out the big tub, wall to wall shower 2 shower heads, a seat, just walk in and out with out opening and close the door, love it

The black community out here exist just separated and the ones you see are odd especially if from here no unity in that part however definitely a place to come and learn a new culture not really diverse Arizona is all about the weather and scenery everything else some find some never however you make the best of it, I’m from Philly lived here for 10years looking at NC lol
It's not all that is made out to be. Do your research. It's getting very crowded here and not as affordable as it used to be. And there is the heat come April through October. Last summer it was 119 with an average of 112 for 90 days. More people, more cars, more heat.

We live on Vancouver Island, near the capital in Canada(People joke it's Canada's Hawaii because of the climate)We own an end unit townhome, our next door neighbor just paid $600 this summer. Almost impossible to find a 3 bedroom for under that price, if you do it's a real fixer upper.
Watch out for scorpions and rattlesnakes there thick as thieves out there I lived there for 30 years but I'd rather fight scorpion and rattlesnake instead of the city people suck
