I do not understand why they do not put an actual drawer microwave in there. Where it comes out as a drawer and the controls are on top of the drawer that comes out. For such a big company. What a dumb move.

This model seems low end for Toll Brothers. It looks like they decorated it from ikea. Not impressed with this one. I do love the pool though!
Thanks for watching and also for the feedback! It's always interesting to hear different perspectives on the interior. There are definitely some aspects of this one that aren't my favorite, but I also just toured this model with a client last weekend who loved it. But that pool is fantastic!
Don’t RIO Verde have a water shortage?
That's a community in the far north part of Phoenix, and their water service has been restored. This is in Queen Creek and is located about an hour south of the community of Rio Verde.
@@ArizonaDreamin OK! Actually the water source in the North East corridor of RIO Verde with the assistance of Scottsdale has been temporarily resolved.
Correct. They've had a shared water agreement with the city of Scottsdale for some time, but obviously that hit a snag earlier when they were shut off.
Price?
Right now the starting price is $1,067,995. By the time you add in the upgrades the final price will be closer to $1,300,000 - and that doesn't include any landscaping. They have a spec home very similar to this model that is done and is listed for $1,199,995.
