I wish you a beautiful start to your day, I wish this challenge shows you the beauties life offers from small to big and just why it’s worth living. Thank you for giving it another try, this time will be different 💕
You can do it, just do the minimum. It will be enough to start. I am here trying it too, but I know now that I need to be compassionate and kind with myself as well. If you are interest, I recommend you the channel Healthy Gamer with Dr. K. Some of his videos are mind changing for good, but at the end his message is that you are the only one who can improve your life by controlling your emotions and your present :)

Goals that I want to achieve:
1. Lose weight from 76kg to 60 kg
2. Becoming more fashionable and take care about my appearance
3. Studying in HongKong as an exchange student who is going to be the toppest student in all of the courses (All A+)
4. Improve English Language level to reach C1 level
5. Improve my public speaking skill
6. Take related courses to my major which is business and management
And at the end of the day to become a better version of myself, and be satisfied with myself ❤

Since Jan 2024 till today end of June I have since lost 20kg. I am so amazed at the change in me. I can't wait for the rest of the year. I have been challenging myself on so many things, the changes are just fantastic.

The timing!! This was literally what I decided to do because I've broken promises I've made to myself so many times and its disheartening because if you can't rely on yourself to build a better future, then you gotta accept all the bricks thrown your way. Only you can make a change, do or suffer. (Me trying to motivate you guys along with myself)
But seriously, I'll do it. I'll update in 1 month.

I had two goals save ten k on top of my emergency fund,and learn to swim this year.
Swimming learned already by march I’m feeling so good about it.and now 5,5 k is already saved 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾.
Wow that is so good to hear that there are people that meet their goals. Also love that your gaols are realistic which is probably why you had the motivation and dedication to meet them. I'm sure you'll meet the 10k goal by year end. You got this.

I kept it very simple,because I was nervous specially about swimming but! Turns out less goals less fear for me.

I’m 36 years old mom of three it’s never too late.
I took lessons for beginners one hour a week for 8 weeks.
And I continue to on my own.
I feel so proud of myself ,i honestly think you should challenge yourself.

Yesterday I turned 49 yrs old I might be the oldest here
I stated this journey of self improvement almost a month ago. My kids grown up now so its my time. I am an English teacher in high school.. But five yrs ago I found out that I am a م neuro divergent through my son😅 , both are so i began to study about our brain so i this year attend to college AGAIN to study psychology ❤ this was my first step last week want to improve my health by healthy meals and exercise.
I am an arab i joined the program i hope you except me there ❤❤

Journaling (Nightly recap and gratitude), Reading (at least 10 minutes of a psych book), Stretching (A 3-5 min routine on waking up), Meditate (at least 5 minutes during lunch), drink water (at least 2 liters a day), learn youtube (at least one video a day)

I wanted to improve myself seriously this time, I don't wanna let myself into lazy era anymore.
I will choose 5 for this months, I think I will add some others later to not put a lot of pressure on me :)
1. Workout: Here the goal is to loose weight but also gain confidence that I can do workouts without thiking about calories or that I didn't get my weight goal yet.
2. Relationships: I struggle a lot with communication and I want to be free in this sharing what I think and not being judged.
3. Education: I always was a "failure" infront of everyone but the truth is I am smart but I procrastinate a lot. Now it's time to change that, I am a beauty with a brain.
4. Religion: I wanna learn and grow about my beliefs.
5. Hobbies: I don't got any hobbies now, I was always looking for someone and I regret this because I didn't let myself exploring something that I might actually enjoy

Since jan this year i quit take out, energy drinks, and smoking. Started doing daily walks, doing a bone broth morning fast, stretching and journalling. I got covid in june and it just undid some of the good. Im finally back to walking daily but still need to get back into journalling, reading and get started with my career goals. I also want to get the confidence to get back into swimming. I dont weigh myself so i couldnt tell anyone how much i have lost but ive lost 7cm from my hips.
