Had. He was living in UK but had to travel back to US to do the show. That was the reason he told Fuse to stop the show right there.

I learned that from south park lol. Yeah Davy's totally not gay. He's an avid supporter of gay rights but both he and his band mates have stated on multiple occasions that Davey himself is not gay. Actually dude, and I apologize for butting in to a conversation here, but Dirtball is actually correct here. The Bill of rights was referring to freedom of speech in relation to criticism of the government. It also implies that in a self governing society that it should be used in moderation and with respect & responsibility. I agree with what you say about "muting" the country, but what we as a society have to do is try to be respectful of each other as well.
I don't actually think that was what was going on here. I think you both have the right idea, I think you just got side tracked is all. You defended her "free speech" but he turned it into a misinterpretation of the BofR.
