When using a hole saw, remove the saw from the hole every once in a while to allow the sawdust out and you won't get all that burning and it will cut faster.

GREAT! except you forgot one thing. Cutting out the door so the Plate attached to the front of the latch assy, can seat into the door.

good point, that part is known as the strike(r) plate

There is an error in this video. The DeWalt lockset jig (and all other consumer-grade jigs I've seen) is designed for door thicknesses of 1-3/8" or 1-3/4". In the video, the borehole is initially set for 1-3/8" and he switched it to 1-3/4".
