This is definitely one to live in. Practical, in that it's close to Falmouth for shops, doctors, dentists etc. Easy to get to by train for friends and relatives to visit - just a short hop on the train from Falmouth or Penryn station. I think I'd spend every day until I conk out, walking along the coastal path into Falmouth or down to Helford. It's quite literally the most appealing Omaze house (for me) since the Mallorca one. And even that you'd have to fly to get to!

We could then sell our existing house and help buy the kids a home each too so they have an amazing start in life. I would live here and create as many memories and invite my family over and celebrate my graduation (Distinction )here 👩🎓💃🏽🫶🏽🚀. I would have my first Christmas and new year as a home owner and and Landlord 💃🏽🤌🏽. I’m screaming 🎉. I will later rent it out as a home for other families to create long lasting holiday memories whilst I’m building my portfolio in real estate. For the money because I only had what I could afford to support the cause I will then support RSPB with a significant amount and also support my dream cause supporting the girl child in stem. Years later with a flourishing property business and tech centre I will take a chance on a family that needs a home of their own as a tribute to this OMAZING home and come back to live here with my own kids as a family.
