Ingredients for the Chinese recipe, rice noodles with Chinese sauce:
200g rice noodles, see video for details;
2 liters of water at 50-60 degrees for the noodles;
Let the noodles soak in hot water for 5-6 minutes;
3 sprigs of green onion;
4 cloves of garlic;
1 teaspoon Sichuan pepper;
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds;
1 teaspoon paprika;
thinly sliced cucumber;
thinly sliced carrot, see video for details;
1 bunch of parsley;
1 seedless and veinless chili pepper;
50ml well-heated sunflower oil;
20ml soy sauce;
15ml balsamic vinegar;
1 level teaspoon of salt;
1 teaspoon of sugar;
