You can try with rice flour Add more liquid ( another 1/4 cup milk) if you don’t want to add oil
Just want to confirm that its 1 teaspoon of baking powder and NOT tablespoon right? The spoon you're using looks bigger than a teaspoon
1 teaspoon baking powder ( spoon looks bigger but that was a teaspoon)
