@@Hwyadylaw To be fair to them Americans have an equivalent to the UK's RP accent. Where we associate that as the "american accent" since thats whats commonly used to speak in american tv. Which is the accent you hear when watching the main cast in friends or big bang theory or the simpsons or scooby doo. I don't actually know the official name of it but thats what we british hear as the "american accent."

Gura's nasal voice comes from the fact that she's speaking at a pretty low register for her vocal chords. Probably a habit she developed because the middle of her vocal range is very high-obviously much higher than most women, especially in the West where speaking at a low register is basically cultural. It's kind of funny because most Hololive members choose to fake a high voice and Gura just speaks in a way that's normal for her, and yet her voice still sounds younger than almost anyone else's.
Omg, Gura, and Bae, especially are funny as hell doing british accents! They need to do a video together doing that, and Mumei has amazing voice changing skills! She made her voice super low on here, I had no idea she could do that, anyways this whole video is pretty good.
