Perfectly delivered, what a nice guy!
"It isn't necessary, but it is necessary!"
Ahhh... the precision of a pastry chef. They bring it everywhere
Measurement unit. Grams. g baby.
I love this guy, the first chef to use grams, instead of oz, cups, tablespoon, teaspoons, pinches, hands, pocket fulls, truck loads, pitchers, human skulls as measurements
Leviathan 77 I think you mean U.S chef cause the rest of us do it correctly
A true pastry chef will always go in grams.
people who use grams for cooking are assholes
Refreshing to hear people work with grams and not that cup/oz craziness
I prefer imperial measurements. Something very nostalgic about it.
welcome to the rest of the world america
Honestly it would be pretty wierd if he wasnt using metrics. Denmark is a european country you know so everything you buy is measured in grams/kg. Source: Im from Denmark, also common knowledge. :)
If you enjoy nostalgia, how about throwing away your phone, and communicate by using carrier pigeons. I always feel like I'm back in the stone age when they talk about oz and cups and elephant stone foots and giraffe dot gamma lengths, cement block twirly butter cups, magic juicy egg drips, peter pan pimple leakage breaks, the hell america. 1 = 1, not 1 = 4§br93.345,34"§%4§9923$8,32$&3925.235,L§%=5-§". You guys weird.
he's in europe.....durp
more of this good dude
Shout out my man Gus Fring coming back to life to teach us how to poach an egg
Love the nod to his sister
Love this guy! Don't fear the metric system and don't be afraid to take your sweet time at home when cooking 😍
i have a feeling everybody likes this guy
An American using metric? Love it.
Also wonderful looking recipe!
he lives in Copenhagen....
ua-cam.com/video/r7x-RGfd0Yk/v-deo.html
If he lives in Denmark all the measuring utensils he uses/buys would be in metric.
There's a reason your military and pharmaceutical companies deal in metric, to conform to the rest of the world for efficiency. It's not impossible, I mean here in Canada we only converted to metric in the early 70's. Even the origin of the imperial system mostly uses metric now, UK still has some colloquial measurements though. If we're also talking useless means of measurement - Fahrenheit... but that's another conversation
Yum! And this guy was awesome. Great video
Yes! More pastry chef breakfast !
I love his precision, too many "some salt and pepper" cooking videos on UA-cam
Nice job editors 3:05
Dweird Wizzle funny. I never noticed that my first watch
It's so refreshing to see a video on this channel that doesn't contain the presenter either referring to being drunk, being high or being hung over within the first 20 seconds in a lol-im-so-random-arent-i-hilarious kind of way.
Dang, that looks yummy.
I hope there will be more videos with him. He’s great and I find him so calming to watch and listen to!
anyone else getting Obama vibes? Milton you are fiiiiiine!
no.
It’s the ermmmms
He looks like Gustavo Fring lmao
i believe the word you're looking for is "Charismatic".
high horse get off your.... Milton is also all smile and looks like a generally pleasant man. He is also thin like O., this may be the reasons why he kinda reminds him. Honestly, this idea didn't jump to my mind, but I can understand why it did to other people.
Aeh shout out to the 816. Always good to see someone from KCMO doin well.
this guy has a great demeanour
Munchies' stock music game is the comedy nobody talks about
Damn that looks good, wake up, eat that for breakfast and then take a nice nap. Perfect Saturday.
Hurry up Saturday morning. These look great!
Love this guy, not some hipster fuck, just a down-to-earth bloke.
KCMO represent! Come back and make this at any brunch spot and I'll be there in a heartbeat.
You’re like a dorky dad I could imagine you embarrassing us infront of a waitress at mums birthday dinner I love it
Breakfast in 1h15min... Denny's here I come
If you do the "cups" ahead of time it's like 20 minutes.
20 minutes is 15 minutes too long.
But if the cups are done the day before they dry and it's not quite as good.
Had really to laugh as he was explaining what kind of bite his sister hates ;D he´s so right, I mean, this kind of bite is really common, kinda made his sister sympathetic, too
Your family is very lucky to have you :D
He used metric for the entire recipe! I love it.
I have no doubt this would be the best breakfast food I have ever eaten and probably one of the best things period. That is everything I love in food!
I love all the bowls he uses in the video!!!!!
Man, I really like this dude. Also I'd be willing to sacrifice the hour and a half to make this breakfast, looks super rich and delicious
might try this with salmon instead of bacon and dill instead of rosemary? looks good
Would like to see more of this chef, well done good sir!
Finally a decent series has begun
Really good entertainment and education all in one vid. gj!
Way to go, Milton!
great video personality and delivery by Milton Abel!Bravo!

An egg on ragout pastry and for breakfast, this looks bomb!
The petty sibling bite already has me hooked on this dude, also eating a peanut butter bar for breakfast while watching this was a poor decision
this video taught me that kansas city is in missouri
Don't tell me this ain't a riff on a tartelet! Super well executed
Looks good! I'll probably never make it but the vinegar in the water for poached eggs is something I'll try. And damn that gravy looks good. I'll make that.
Love this guy, more of him please!
More of this guy !
Like a poached egg in a Yorkshire pudding. Perfection

Brilliant ❣️ Looks amazing
Very nice, looks gorgeous
Dang the egg and Abel both look yummy
If you close your eyes, and listen to the guy talk, sounds like Kumar from Harold and Kumar lmao
Tell me more about that whisk Is that ball inside the balloon fixed, or does it move about freely?
"the gravy is gonna get T H I C C"
Give this guy a "Guide to Copenhagen" series!
more of this host please
Love this dude
Honestly, this just look so Yummy !
Oh man that looks so good 🤤
i could eat that everyday and not get bored off it
Bro that looks stupid good he had me at bacon gravy
Looks GREAT !!!
Is that true about the vinegar? I've read a lot discrediting it.
oh my, grams, celsius. finally measurement that make sense to rest of the world
my boy is talking grams like we all have scales in the kitchen
that bacon mushroom gravy looks really good...
Cup-n-egg-in
Mike Snudden underrated
good on you bro,looks great
Such a simple recipe
this dude is hilarious!!!
And now I know how to pouch eggs :)
Not bad, I’d pan sear the mushrooms and bacon then stuff them at the bottom of the cup and instead of the gravy I’d make a Hollandaise sauce and just abuse the whole dish with it before garnishing lol
yall missed the money shot of the egg yolk running wtff im pissed this guy was chill tho
Lol @ the yogurt and granola comment.
That looks amazing man 🔥👌👍
This video instantly got better when I mentioned my city
Tarteletter = delicious danish comfort food.. I can see why he would call those "Copenhagen cups" since they kinda remind me of Tarteletter.
yum that looks delicious.
I love the annoying-the-sibling bit. If you know what annoys them, you use it. Obvious.
Looks good sir!
Might try this with a Yorkshire pudding instead
i like him a lot!!
hes very charming actually >
Well done chef
want. now. yes, many, thank you.
Pretty damn good job
THAT LOOKS FUCKING AMAZING!!!! IM MOST DEFINITELY TRYING THIS ONE!!!
All this needs is a morning blunt
What do you all think would be a good substitute for the base/puff paste? It would be nice you could buy those those puff paste cups😎
Why a substitute? You can buy this exact puff pastry in every discounter for a few cents with absolutely no drawbacks, unless you want to create some fancy french 50000 layer butter crossaint. He even said that he bought it, as there's absolutely no reason to make it yourself.
