    I love this guy, the first chef to use grams, instead of oz, cups, tablespoon, teaspoons, pinches, hands, pocket fulls, truck loads, pitchers, human skulls as measurements

      Honestly it would be pretty wierd if he wasnt using metrics. Denmark is a european country you know so everything you buy is measured in grams/kg. Source: Im from Denmark, also common knowledge. :)

      If you enjoy nostalgia, how about throwing away your phone, and communicate by using carrier pigeons. I always feel like I'm back in the stone age when they talk about oz and cups and elephant stone foots and giraffe dot gamma lengths, cement block twirly butter cups, magic juicy egg drips, peter pan pimple leakage breaks, the hell america. 1 = 1, not 1 = 4§br93.345,34"§%4§9923$8,32$&3925.235,L§%=5-§". You guys weird.

      If he lives in Denmark all the measuring utensils he uses/buys would be in metric.

    • @n1zm0
      @n1zm0 6 років тому +1

      There's a reason your military and pharmaceutical companies deal in metric, to conform to the rest of the world for efficiency. It's not impossible, I mean here in Canada we only converted to metric in the early 70's. Even the origin of the imperial system mostly uses metric now, UK still has some colloquial measurements though. If we're also talking useless means of measurement - Fahrenheit... but that's another conversation

    What do you all think would be a good substitute for the base/puff paste? It would be nice you could buy those those puff paste cups😎

    • @reyruby7538
      @reyruby7538 6 років тому

      Why a substitute? You can buy this exact puff pastry in every discounter for a few cents with absolutely no drawbacks, unless you want to create some fancy french 50000 layer butter crossaint. He even said that he bought it, as there's absolutely no reason to make it yourself.
