I have the 1060 and when I recorded at 4K 60fps the recording is all blurry teared up is that because of the 1060 card and it needs more powerful card ?
Thanks man. You are the one go to source for all my editing and tips. I have a Ryzen 9 5950x and a 3090 Founder's Edition. Beastly computer. Would you recommend me recording using the GPU over the CPU?
With ryzen 9 5900x and rtx 3070 ti gygabite i want to stream and record the same time with record at higher quality. Should i have to use nnveck new as enncoder for both or i have to stream with nnvidia and record with my processor? Ty
I just upgraded to an RTX 3060 and now I get some very brief "stutter" in my recordings every 5 to 10 seconds. It doesn't "pause" for a super long time, but it literally is like a split second to a second every 5 to 10 seconds and it IS noticeable. It never did that on my RTX 2060. I did not change any of my settings on what I have for my OBS, and it's basically the same as how you have it here in this video. Any idea how to alleviate this? Thanks so much. PS: I'm using Windows 11 now (as opposed to before, Windows 10). Please tell me this is not the issue.
nice video, one thing i would disagree with would be to limit fps to 48 since that would only bring proper frame times to people using 144hz monitors which is way rarer than 60 or 120
I upgraded my video card and the recorded footage suddenly SUCKED in quality If all of the options mentioned in the video doesn't help you guys either, I DELETED the source window of my game in OBS and recreated it, which FIXED the poor quality. I really hate OBS. So much footage now in the trash
Man ive got an amd radeon hd 6450 in my systems ive tried one of your video that was obs encoder missing but its still not showing any amd encoder options in obs encoder settings... Do you have any idea how to fix that issues or is it just my gpu version is just outdated? Btw great channel man keep it up!
@@Lettuce1 ive checked it and it turns out that there is no any video encoder for amd radeon hd 6450... The only options is to use capture card or just buy a new gpu lol
@@Lettuce1 sadly i have an amd A8 5600k or something i dont really remember isnt really that powerful... Obs cpu usage while recording is around 40 to 60 percents of cpu usage... If i dont have any background software running my cpu will be around 0 to 15 percents... Now lets say i wanna record a minecraft gameplay... Minecraft already took around 60 to 80 percents the cpu usage, now imagine running minecraft and recording at the same time which the total of cpu usage that is needed is around 120 percents(exceeded cpu utilisation limit), my mc will be very lagging and my obs will eventually makes the recorded video very lagging or we can say the frame will freeze around 5 to 10 secs then change to another frame and freeze again... Ive tried it myself and it felt like torturing my pc lmao. Sometimes even without playing any games *just record the background wallpaper can makes my obs very lagging that it starts skipping frame over and over again... Setting to use all cpu utilisation in obs isnt really an efficient way on solving the frame skipping as it will makes your whole windows feels like dying soo yeah.
Hey Bro I have an RTX 3070 and a relatively new computer. could you by chance check out my short videos and tell me what I could improve on? I want perfect gameplay recordings. I play high-intensity games like COD and Insurgency Sandstorm. I also edit using Filmora X, What bitrate should I export my High intensity gameplay? It only gives me the option for bitrate :/
Super informative, thanks for the help
how
Ok, Denis, This is the place I least expected you to be.
YOOOO ITS DENIS
bruh
aint no way
Thanks for that, really helped increase quality without dropping frames!!!! Good to see you doing new videos again!!
This works no frame drops for at all thank you so much I been looking for a solution for months for recording warzone
Good video my guy. You'll help loads of people!
thank you so much it worked for me no droping frames at all. thanks man
thank you so much ❤️
For youtube ingest servers, should we use the legacy RTMP ones or no?
Dude you are a godsend. Thank you
Why are you using a partial color range in 709?
Thanks man!
wow

Im now editing an anime clip of "demon slayer"

Good video!

Use GPU. AMD’s AM4 codec is shite.

@@tuetidy you can still use your cpu. If it is fast enough it shouldn't really negatively impact performance too badly.

What I if you don't have cqp

mkv format cant edit at premier :(
open obs and click file - remux recording. fastest way to convert mkv to mp4
