5:47 Nd5 discovery check by the dark-square Bishop, If black blocks with Nf6, there's going to be a mate in one by white playing Bxf6#, but if black blocks with Ne7, white will play Bxe7+, Ke8 by black only move and finally Nf6# by white
Thank you for this video. Just yesterday I was reading about the King's Pawn opening, as I want to learn about it. These traps will definitely come in handy. Keep up the good work.
I started playing the Kings gambit in yesterday's 5 minutes tournament online, and i won all my games! In the past i railed dismally with this gambit. Also, i was a Queen's gambit player with on-off results. As Black, i play Queen e2 with plenty of success; what u call it? Thank u once again kaspa!!
If my eyeballs (and, more importantly, my brain) are working correctly, the mate in 3 in the first puzzle is 1. Nd5 dis ch Ne7 (if ... Nf6 then 2. Bxf6 mate) 2. Bxe7 ch Ke8 3. Nf6 mate. For the second, it's 1. Nd6 dbl ch Kd8 2. Qe8 ch R (or N)xe8 3. Nxf7 mate. I used to play the King's Gambit a lot in high school (a long, long time ago). I got good results, but most of my opponents never played 3. ... g5 in response to my 3. Nf3, so I didn't get a chance to try the Muzio. They usually just tried to continue normally with their development, and I would get the pawn back quickly after d4 and Bxf4, then just charge down the open f-file. Or else they declined the gambit with the Brazilian, but didn't follow it up the way you suggest and I generally did pretty well against that too.Not sure how I'd have done against the Falkbeer Countergambit (or the Philidor-Hanstein defense after 3. ... g5 4. Bc4 Bg7, for that matter). The latter in particular seems to be considered by a lot of people to favour Black.
12:06 smothered mate with kf7d6 double check, kd8 because if kf8 checkmate with qf7 so kd8 then sac queen on e8 forces capture with with knight or rook then kd6 right back to f7 check mate. I love your stuff man keep it up..I'm learning alot..😂
k=king, n=knight... Took me awhile to figure how your solution worked, until decoding k used to signify knight. Smothered check mate, fascinating puzzle.
Hei Caspa ❤❤. You are excellent chess master. I have a question about trap no 2. At the time of 10:36 if black play bishop e6 instead of g4, what can I do ?! Please make another video on it.
There are so many flaws in trap 2.....at 8:14.... After white takes pawn on g file for the trade black can simply push their pawn for a discovered Check forking the Bishop and the rook. White is forced to take the Queen anyway And black wins a rook and their queen back With pawn promotion

😊5:47 of video. Mate in 3 is kf6d5 check has to block with ke7, bg5xke7 check ke8 checkmate kd5f6.only way he can block it is to close his eyelids to protect his eyeballs
5:45 isn't knight to e8 a mate in 1? The bishop discovers check, the knight and bishop each takes away a passive square and the rook protects the knight

Hahaha 🤣😂
Trap-2
1. Nd6 dbl check, 2.kd8( if kf8, then Qf7++) ...Qe8+ 3. rxe8 Nf7++ ... what a beauty!!🎉 Thanks Kaspa!
12:15: smothered mate
i play king's gambit all the time. I learnt many new things here

I'm going to start playing the King's Gambit from now on because of this video.

Anderson trap very Nice 😂
Damn, you make it look so easy! I wish you would cover what to do if black plays the classic defense Bc5.
Maybe check at 15:08

My stonewall attack is 🔥🔥🔥!!!!

Thanks again kaspa! Smothered mate at trap 2
Nice one!
12.05 just double check with knight at D6 and queen. Whereever the king go, Will be checmate in one or two move.
Voy a retomar este gambito.
He ganado varias partidas con las celadas contra la Francesa y esquemas parecidos, ganando la Dama.
Mil gracias.
Thanks 🙏
At 12.11 mins, there’s mate in 2, with Knight to D6 and then when the king moves, to deliver checkmate with the queen 😊
12:11 oh OH Knight d6 double check leads to a smothered checkmate :D
5:41 1) Nfd6+, Ne7 blocks check
2)Bg×e7+, Ke8
Now moving the bishop where ever on the F,G,H file would be checkmate. Thats mate in 3
He can go King f8 then, so it's knight c7 #
Good job kaspa!
Awesome.

At 2:18 you say Qc7, should be Bc7, kaspa. But boy, so i get about 80% wins in blitz games! Thank you k
Thnx❤
12:12 Nd6# Qe8# Nf7
Please slowly explain the trap.
,,,,Nd6 Kd8, Qe8 check, Rook or knight takes Q, then Nf7 smothered mate
5:40 isn't this M1 with Ne8?
Not M1 because blacks can cover with Ne7, but few moves later, yes.
e6 or Bd7 played at the right moment kill the King's Gambit.
Smothered mate
Fischer was right. D6 kills the King's gambit stone dead.
Sorry folks.
Move Kd5 discovery check mate with Bg5
Kaspa if black moves pon f6 is not mate.maybe in more moves You Will mate him.
trap will not be working if u tell everybody.....
Omg

Nope, because blk knight to e7 blocks check, so still takes 3 moves to checkmate
@@Mastercane_ Ah, your right. I didn't see that
