    How to make Sago Crystal Dumpling at home?
    Below I will teach you how to make Sago Crystal Dumpling at home and the skills
    [西米水晶糭]
    材料:
    西米 300克
    糖60克
    油 20克
    奶黃100克
    豆沙100克
    蓮蓉 100克
    粽葉
    咸水草
    奶黃餡:
    雞蛋5隻 (250克)
    糖150克
    奶粉20克
    吉士粉20克
    粟粉30克
    椰漿200克
    冇鹽牛油20克
    1. 將奶黃餡的所有材料全部混合成糊狀再過篩
    2. 蓋上錫紙 用中火隔水蒸30分鐘
    3. 30分鐘後取出放至微暖再攪至順滑
    4. 放涼後的餡料蓋上保鮮膜 然後放進雪櫃備用
    5. 糭葉及鹹水草預先一晚浸定(處理方法,可見我製作鹹肉糭的視頻 • [鹹肉糭][綠豆及紅豆紫米] 軟糥綿綿,香氣... 或 • [鹹肉糭][綠豆及自家首創的紅豆紫米]-普通... )
    6. 將西米快洗
    7. 將糖及油加入西米中拌勻
    8. 將糭葉接成斗狀 將適量西米加入 然後加入奶黃 再將西米蓋上 將糭葉摺好,然後用鹹水草綁緊
    9. 隔水蒸30分鐘 然後再焗15分鐘
    10. 即成
    [Sago Crystal Dumpling]
    Ingredients:
    300g of Sago
    60g of Sugar
    20g Oil
    100g Custard
    100g Red Bean Paste
    100g Lotus Seed Paste
    Dried Reed Leaves
    Cyperus Malaccensis
    Custard filling:
    5 eggs 250g
    150g sugar
    20 grams of milk powder
    20g custard powder
    30g corn flour
    200g coconut milk
    20g unsalted butter
    1. Mix all the ingredients of custard filling into a paste and sieve
    2. Cover it with aluminium foil then steams over medium heat for 30 minutes
    3. 30 minutes later, let it cool down until warm and then stir until smooth
    4. After cooling, cover the filling with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for later use
    5. Soak the dried reed leaves and cyperus malaccensis overnight in advance (For the details pls see my video of making Rice Dumpling • [鹹肉糭][綠豆及紅豆紫米] 軟糥綿綿,香氣... or • [鹹肉糭][綠豆及自家首創的紅豆紫米]-普通... )
    6. Wash the sago quickly
    7. Then add the sugar and oil to sago and mix well
    8. Fold the reed leaves into a bucket shape, add an appropriate amount of sago, then add custard, cover with sago, fold the reed leaves well, and tie them tightly with the Cyperus Malaccensis.
    9. Steam for 30 minutes and then leave it for 15 minutes
    10. Ready to serve
