thank you so much for such a imp info, just cover a point regarding people for night shift bcoz 60-80% of there schedule for sheep is fix in morning, but the problem is regarding food, bcoz we have to just sit on pc and continuously work for 8 hrs in night. our physical activity is very less as compare to those in day shift, ( just normal such as walking here n there, spending free time by going out side etc etc.) guide us with some simple & proper diet. (spechely bachelor coz we have to depend upon only canteen for for night.)

Raat ko 6-7 ghante acche se sone ke baad bhi mujhe din me neend aati h or agar mai bed pr gai to fir 2-3 ghante sone ke baad hi uth pati hu. Is this any kind of health issue?
