I had no idea! I was in a pinch and hadn't used these in a couple of years. I kept trying off and on for hours. When I found your video the problem was solved within seconds by following :54 - 1:15 - I clicked subscribe immediately and watched the rest of the video out of "fandom."

Mine is listed as WF-1000XM on the bluetooth setting but 1000XM3 on the app… not sure if it’s something to be worried abt ( I bought 2nd hand)
