everytime your jetpack needed a landing refill, which is a weird design BTW, I am holding my breath for you and pray you not falling into the toxic lava that's the most intensive boss fight I saw in FO76. you are awesome !

@@Momofukudoodoowindu Melee sucks. He took 3 minutes on the last boss when it can be killed easily under a minute with firearms. Do you even know about the cobra eyes? Melee can't even hit it, at least not consistently, heck they can't even hit the boss without a jetpack. If melee did not deal that amount of damage no one would even consider using it, thats the only advantage and extremely limited.
@@lencina3608 I could see myself using ranged weaponry to fight these but I would personally rather play like this if the other option was to have to stand and use vats. I did neglect the weakspots in this vid because I chose to focus on the fact that melee does work on the snake-something a lot of people claimed wasn’t possible. But yeah. At least the different classes do have their moments throughout the raid stages

That does sound like a challenge for this fight. Maybe you could use a high AP regen food/coffee right before taking off to fly over the ultracite pool, do a bit of damage and touch back down. It might take a bit longer since I imagine the flying needs to be a bit more conservative- so I’d try to make sure all the melee food damage buffs are there
It’s a complicated issue for them to address considering the gap between endgame players who want a challenge and those who enjoy playing the game to chill out. Without difficulty options or any other significant changes, I don’t think the runs will look very different for either vats or melee. But who knows

Coffee, Cola, he pops mega sloth for a hot as well, add in some quantim candy if you want. If you use perks to eliminate rads while eating you could simplify it even more by just popping nuka quantum, then you would have all the healing and ap you would ever want. Options: Sunshine oil, coffee, nuka orange, nuka quantim with perks, healing salve for no animation healing Funky duds or PR on on gear.

I only used super stims here but yeah, to skip the animation you could use diffusers or other heal types as he mentioned As for the food though it was a tasty meat buff for more melee damage since I realized it might have expired at the start of the fight there Lead belly is also great tip- I used that card for the tunnel drill stage Edit: if you have a high endurance build + natural resistances perk card you won’t need funky duds nor poi resist. A max hp food buff would help with this too

I’m not really sure what you mean. Aside from the born survivor perk kicking in, I do step back here and there to pop a stim. Also if you stim and immediately block with an auto axe you will still receive its healing
A snake... that's about the blandest, most uncreative, boring enemy they could come up with... with entire fallout universe at their exposal and they use a damn snake as end boss.
now do it without food buffs or consumables of any kind in fact do it again but this time only do about 1.5-2x the damage of a fresh level 50 player AS INTENDED
