I made this recipe today..came out really nice instead of milk and sugar chashni I replaced it with water and sugar syrup..it worked .must try recipe👌🏻
Tried it last night for a party, it was a big hit. The rice and mutton had an amazing depth of flavour, and it all came together so easily. Thank you for this amazing recipe, it's definitely going into my black book
When ever mom used to make the recipe she adds milk, suger and khoya to make the chashni and also leave the bread to dry out a little bit so that it does not absorbe a lot of oil as fresh bread tends to take in a lot of oil. Thank you for the recipe chef, purani yaadein taza ho gai
I've recently started cooking so I don't know anything about cooking. Now I get your vedio to watch, and I've become your big fan. Tomorrow I'll try this recipe.

Hello sir, I tried this dish at home on the occasion of Shab e barat. It was really nice. Followed your recipe thoroughly. Just one issue is that it was too sugary. I am used to try most of your recipes. Nice way of presentation in your videos, thanks a lot... Keep on doing the good work.
Thank you for telling how the breads got their names as “pav roti” and “double roti” . Now no one can tell that they don’t know....why?.......simple......Ranveer ne bataya tha ☺️
Need to try this... Friends, the sides when you trim them off and don't throw them. Make them small pieces, drizzle with olive oil n some pepper n salt n put them in oven...n make wonderful roasted breads tukra n go very well with tea. Zero wastage..you can also try this with little old breads may be one or two days post expiry which stays perfectly fine but still we throw it to dustbin. Check properly for fungus growth or any rancid smell before use.

Thank you for telling how the breads got their names as “pav roti” and “double roti” . Now no one can tell that they don’t know....why?.......simple......Ranveer ne bataya tha ☺️
The explanation of Pao was wrong. The word comes from the portuguese word Pao meaning bread. Not from Pao as in 1/4th.
Portuguese word for bread is pão which came to Hindi via Marathi as पाव pāv .

we call it double roti because we keep stuffing on
one slice then put another slice over it to make a sandwich. 😉
