I'm trying many of your recipes.especially paruppu urundai kuzhambhu and kesar sooji. Since my family members have higher LDL and Triglycerides I reduced the amount of oil used in Kesari 😌. It turned to be a cake 😌 in next half an hour. I'm gonna try it once again on ganesh chaturthi eve. You teach like my mom sir. This looks yum sir.😋😋

Awesome chef! Many thanks for the original recipe! Looks delicious! Learning the original now makes more sense. Are there any variants/fusion dishes that you had made from this dish that you would personally recommend?
One variation I had tried was that I buttered the bread and toasted it in toaster oven. The bread had relatively similar texture, but tasted & smelled lot better. Also, used condensed milk along with regular milk to speed up the process of making Rabadi.
