Honda has refined their CRF250R over the years, combining its traditional reliability and championship-winning performance. We focused on a 270cc big bore kit and a spring fork kit for this project to get the power and feel we wanted for an already amazing bike.

how many cams does the crf150r 250r and 450r have?
my air forks were too week in the initial stroke. my forks would ride in the mid stroke coming into the corners making front end wonder around in the corners

Evan Toy They must be using 2010-2014 48mm spring forks with an aftermarket Applied triple clamp. This is what I want to do to as well but with an 02 CR125 and 07 CR250 because I love the KYB and Showa 48mm spring forks plus I want the updated front fender without having to drill holes. I rode my friends '16 CRF250 and I loved it but I wanted to throw in the garbage, that plus they suck to work on 😩 rant over 😂

Very cool! You guys should consider an off road adaptation. If you like 4t attributes, the Super 250f flickability with beefier bottom end of the 270f could be a good concept for ultra tight New England single track, even in Vet Open Class.

You can buy brand new stock 450 forks for about 1800$ if you like springsforks more then airforks.
How is the Engine, compared to the other brands?

Primo Roncelli probably 9-10k unless they got the bike used for cheap. The bike alone is 5-7k new.

justin castelli exactly! if you want more power, why not get a 350/450/etc... the only reason to buy a 250 is to race in the 250class, if you bore it out, it's no longer legal to race in the 250vlass and you have to race it in the 450class, good thing you got all that "extra power" lmao

When did dirt bike music get so lame?
the honda already won't rev high, a big bore is the wrong way to go ,the crank balance is off , I've seen these bolt on big bore kits shake the engine apart, but done right with crank balancing, head mods,cam, springs, and some good engineering they work killer, but hp isn't cheep.
