gosh, even the vertical supports in a trailer move, I never knew that even tho I was a diesel semi-truck mechanic. Your vlogs are really super, Cassie, thank you. Taking care of your rig is so important, and you do it so professionally. When I'm out driving in my pickup truck, I always, always, yield to the big semi trucks on the freeway or smaller roads ... hope everyone does. And I actually signal a lane change BEFORE changing lanes ... oh my gosh folks in the USA (and Sweden) seem to have forgotten that little legality and safety measure. Nice photo of the trailer in the mirror, an art shot! Woof!! :-)
You seem super chill when working. I think being able to take your dog with you has a calming affect as he/she is such a lovely dog. I would love to be able to take a dog to work with me in my truck but it would be classed as a distraction in my workplace 😢😀

I am enjoying your videos, thanks for making and posting them. I've seen you refuelling the trucks in a few and it looks like the fuel tank caps do not have locks, is this the case? Next question, does Sweden not have a problem with fuel theft from trucks? Best wishes to you and your pets.
If thieves show up, the lock is just gonna cause them to puncture the tank. So you end up having to replace both the tank and the diesel inside. There are thieves in the nordic countries and afaik you can avoid them best by staying in guarded well-lit parking areas or parking the truck next to a wall so there is very little space to access the fuel tank.
I would love to see a "behind the scene" part. Where we see you running in advance to put the cam on a nice spot before seeing you running back. :D Anyway nice video! Looking forward to the next.
Nice video. I noticed in your videos you do alot of loading and unloading. Here in the U.S. most truckers don't do that. They just drive and someone else does the rest. Is what you're doing common in Europe?
FINALLY, A NEW VIDEO! Pheeew, it's been a LONg wait I tell ya! I see that you're driving an R-series and the model that came to Norway around 2015/2016, with the V8. :D Ah worked for Ragn Sells back in the days, and there was a couple of guys with Scania's that had straight pipes and V8! O M G what a sound! One of'em drove a 143H I believe, and that V8 sound is one hell of a good sound! (143 happens to be one of my dream trucks.) Oh noez, now you showed us that you fold your straps before rolling'em together, so nao, I muss do the same thing, so ah muss nao do dat with all straps. Ah have.............. 40? straps in total I believe. So uhm, WHAT YA DOING THIS WEEKEND? *subtile hint* You can be at one end of the parking lot, and me at the other end, and we can meet at the middle with the straps cause, a couple of these, seems like they're 2km long. Great to see you again young lady. :D
@@Pedda2001 what's that light then at the bottom of the gauge cluster at around 5:29 or 5:30? Maybe I'm wrong cause I don't know jack really about these European trucks but it looks like the tire pressure light on my moms Impala.

Hi Cassie: I've seen in some comments, hello Cassie. Is that your name? If you want to say it, of course. As always nice video from nice works. Greetings and good route.
I would love to try a US truck some day and compare it to an Eu truck :D I've never driven a truck with a "nose" before so it would feel different in many ways I think :)
@@TruckerCassie I've driven both, and it's easy to switch. Visibility out of the extreme level long nosed one like the Peterbilt 389 is poor according to many. A bit of slope on the nose helps a lot. What you will notice is that a conventional with a set forward front axle rides a lot smoother than a cabover over the potholes here in Saskatchewan, Canada.
@@TruckerCassie Not just that. Just take the gearboxes we have in Sweden and the rest of the Europe, it's synchronized while in the US, Canada, Australia and a lot more countries they are driving with no synchronized gearbox. For us we just press the clutch and shift gear. There you need to have a more specific RPM before you shift and also you have more gears to go thru. Correct me if I'm wrong QuAppelle
