Hi everyone! Alot of you have asked me to make longer videos, and here you have it! :D Hope my voice is somewhat hear-able since everthing has been recorded live! Enjoy!
That truck you drive is similar size as the one I drove about sixteen years ago. It was a Volvo FL6 with a Palfinger crane and 6.5m long open bed. I delivered mostly to construction sites in Helsinki (Finland) and neighboring cities. Got finally the CE license instead of just C and I start in a new trucking job soon. Great videos, keep'em coming.
I never cease to be amazed by some of the cranes on those things being able to fold out 3 or 4 times and than still have a piece capable of extending 3-4 times (or is extrude outwards a better description) and being able to lift portacabins without seeing the thing bent. (Along with the operators having such a feeling for the levers on those installations that they can put things down with centimeter-fine precision). If I am on my bicycle and I have some time when I see something being unloaded like that (or when it's just safer to do that because it is happening on the road where I cycle), I just can't help but still watch in awe that we as humans are capable of building stuff like that.
Your filming is excellent and the length is spot on. Thank you for setting the camera up for the outside shots because It all takes time but adds so much. Take care out there.
Hi from Australia 🙂 I too drive trucks and love it. Great videos you make, its good to see how people operate in other countries. Keep those wheels turning...
Greetings from Trinidad. Truly appreciated the longer video. I just love to see around Sweden and hear the sound of a truck engine at the same time. Awesome combination. It really relaxes me. Keep up the fine work 👍🏽😎
Another great video, your a joy to watch. Was funny hearing you having a swearing outburst 🤣🤣,what was it you said? Also a dancing video sounds good, see you bust some moves lol. Take care and stay safe xx
Love Google maps here in the USA too, it's the most dependable, not 100% accurate, but close to it. Super videos of the truck loading process. Your videos are great! No doggies along this day? The countryside is beautiful!
In your last clip that 70kph single track road road, we have a lot of roads like that In the uk. Most of them roads have what we call national speed limit, 50mph (81kph) in trucks and 60 (96kph) in cars. All I can say is when I drive down them in my tipper truck, you would think I am driving a rally car. They are always the most fun roads to drive on
Great video popped up on me youtube today 👍👍👍in lockdown in Ireland haven't drove a truck in 4 weeks getting withdrawn so youtube truckers keeping me going 😂😂keep up good work 👍👍👍
3:14 I thought you were going to mention that your phone has the wrong dimensions in mind for thinking it's a car. We had a coach driver once who used his car navigation for driving us to a party destination with family (we used to have an uncle who held big birthday parties every 5 years, hiring a coach to go somewhere in the country, like a zoo or a museum). He turned onto a road that ends in a very narrow, not-meant-for-trucks-or-buses bridge. Many family members who knew that road well and how it would end were like "That's not possible..." and we came up to the bridge and the driver quickly found out that the big concrete blocks near the entrance of the bridge were there to keep trucks and buses from even trying to enter there. There had not been a maximum-weight sign placed at the time, but most of us were concerned about the weight of the bus. Upon making the widest turn possible onto the bridge, the driver clipped one of the concrete blocks and wrecked the backdoor's mechanism, which caused a very loud screeching and cracking sound inside the bus. Because the nose of the bus was on the center of the little bridge, we were all feeling we were breaking through the bridge deck and the bridge was collapsing. We did make it through, but then got into a little village that in no way is equipped to handle those big buses (narrow streets and tight corners). On the way back the driver had heard during our visit to the museum that there was a better way to get there, and with the turn coming up that his car navigation suggested he went to some people in the back "So I need to skip this one?" and multiple people were like "Yes, YES!! Ignore this one and drive straight on!!!" It turned out we exceeded the maximum weight by 1,5 tons (kilograms) and that the village is now a zone for vehicles shorter or equal to a maximum of 12 meters, and the bus we were on was a 14 or 15 meter one (double-back-axis type). Upon reaching the museum the driver found out that the backdoor was wrecked so bad that it refused to open (the bottom metal part that keeps it parallel during opening was completely torn off, and was probably laying near the concrete block we hopped over with that side of the bus :P . 9:28 what a weird feeling to see that steering wheel by the way: the same type is on my bus/truck simrig, it appears it's prone to wear and tear though, a lot of the second hand examples have the artificial leather come loose I have seen. Interesting to see the horn button being broken: I have taken the inside of the wheel apart to wire the buttons for joystick functionality and those horn buttons are pretty well built. They are electrically not what I expected (pushing 2 springy brass contacts onto each other simple but effective) but still strong in their construction.
My home town has an ancient wall running round it, but to get into the city, you have to drive through the walls. Every year a wagon or van gets stuck under it 😂😂.
Hej Cassie! Trevlig helg och bussigt bonus by the way!
Another interesting video especially with the height limits. Definitely a good truck to use for these deliveries, not too high or too wide. Happy to hear that you enjoy ETS and ATS. That is the only truck driving I do now but find it both relaxing and satisfying especially during this Covid 19 lock down in the U.K. Am looking forward to more of your videos. Stay safe and healthy during these pandemic times.
hello, nice to meet you, my name is Raffaele Turco, I'm Italian from Naples. I've been following you for a few weeks because the truck driver has always fascinated me. Such heavy work done in a completely normal way by women here. I wanted to tell you! That you are so fascinated by me.
i have a hook i made from a meter of 13mm concrete rebar with a loop on the other end to move pallets. just hook a corner, and pull with the loop. they spin fairly easily, except when they touch other pallets. get your maintenance guy to make you one. 1 meter of 13mm rebar with a hook on one end, a welded loop on the other. it's a very useful tool.
Yeay a new video from Cassie :) This was very enjoyable, good job, both on the driving and the editing :) Also, I might be weird but I think the little Volvo fl looks good.
Was driving my kids to Engelska Skolan that you passed and one morning a truck was stuck under that very bridge. A concrete pump truck if I remember correctly.
You do have some lovely scenery. You're lucky I bet you is peaceful. Just looking at all that beautiful scenery well I hope you have a great day❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi!, I work as a trucker as well but I'm impressed how varieted your job is and how many differents trucks you drive. The biggest one truck I drive is a 16 tons iveco. Some day I would like to achieve somthing as you do and drive any kind of vehicle. Very interesting channel, good job!.
Great video from you 👍. You get your exercise some days. Love the ride along ( seeing different scenery). Really like the outfit 🌹. At least you know your truck height and reading the signs. It’s neat how the back opens up.
Haha yeah! It's wayyy too common to see other truck drivers getting stuck under bridges because they didn't know their height! xD Yeah this truck is really flexible in that way! ^^ Thank you! :D
Har suttit utan el sen 07:00 imorse, fick tillbaka elen 19:00. Denna videon är det första jag kollat idag. Så snällt av dig att välkomna mig tillbaka till civilisationen men en video Cassie :D
You do an excellent job on your driving and you're unloading I liked all the places we got to see they were very beautiful I like your tattoos that you haven't arrived shortly very legal and very cool I hope you have a good day be safe
Hello Cassie ! Watching you all the way from the Chicago, Illinois U.S.A. 🇺🇸 area suburb. I really enjoy your vlogs. Be safe on your motorcycle 🏍. I would like to see some of your videos with the horses you work with. Be safe and have a great weekend!

@@TruckerCassie We have had a very small limited set of buses here when we had Arriva and they were hated by literally every driver because of their driving characteristics...Almost all drivers at the time were used to Volvo B10m engines...
Not sure about Sweden, but that's common here in The Netherlands for the sewage systems between homes and the main branch of the sewer, and is inside the floors and walls of homes as well for wastewater.
I almost though that was an old Nokia phone! You should definitely show us the dance machine, that is so cool that you have one! And Cassie not blinking... isn't that like in ETS? No one needs to know where you're going, lol :P And speaking of, you should get all the DLC and install ProMods, it has some absolutely beautiful details added in for a more realistic feel. What a cute ending to the video
I have been driving trucks for over 37 years. First driving so that there was not limited driving time. Nowadays extreme short days because law. That makes a nice thing for me, I am sleeping only every second night. It must be really safe to sleep when not tired and drive when would need sleep. Thank you, European union and flower hat politics.
Spent most of my driving years running at 4.8m or a touch higher which could be fun at times, plenty of long loops around bridges to get to a delivery just on the other side.........then try to turn around to get to the next job.
Your colt reminds of a young girl truck driver I hired. I was teaching her to back up a 16 ton GVW grain truck and she just wasn't getting it. Figured she was getting frustrated and it was time for a break. Luckily a neighbour lady had a week old colt. Did she want to see it? She did and didn't take her hands off it for 15 minutes. She was right on the next day. She said she was lying in bed that morning when she realized she had to sight off the rear corner of the box.
