Not really related to carriage riders, but I'm a bit conflicted on the ending of Lord of the Mysteries. You know on chapter 1700 when the main character finally entered the palace of the Lord of the Mysteries after his long journey. He was ready to avenge all his friends that supplied him secrets and died because of the mysteries they prieda. However, instead of there being anyone there, it was just an empty throne, then the main character realized the reason mysteries were going crazy all over the world was actually because nobody was ruling over them, so he sat on the throne and abandoned his already ruined to rule over the mysterious world, like a Lord of the Mysteries. Honestly loved the ending, but some people think it was rushed, thoughts?
@@pineguin008 it's all practice for when I start writing my own novel. For now it's on indefinite hiatus. No idea what I'm going to name it though (I have the character names, personality power system, first arc thought out, plot, and developments though!) Anyways, since you liked Lord of the Mysteries and seem to be into character analysis, check out A Regressor's Tale of Cultivation, probably the best cultivation novel I've ever read, it had me invested before chapter 20 and had me tearing up multiple times before chapter 50. (Giant Tree arc was so peak) Don't wanna spoil much but the main character is just a massive W, some people say he's stupid and "hates power" but I think it's nice how he wants to maintain his humanity and suffers because of it, but when he does succeed it feels so satisfying. Anyways I'm done shilling this holy gospel, cya till your next video
My favourite part was when at the ending he was so he declared he is like the Lord of mysteries and that he ruled over mysteries will sitting on the throne and then he summoned an army of mystery spreading mystery around the world making people think questions and this ties back to like the origin of questions and why people don't know stuff because before the Lord of mystery summoned his army of mysteries to make stuff mysterious everyone sorta knew everything so he used mysteries to cloud their memory of all the knowledge forcing people to solve the mysteries that he creates and then he like fights the god of knowledge and wisdom and the secret supplicants all attack him but he uses mysteries to make it so that they dont know what he looks like because he is covered by mysteries
Spoilers: Have you seen the work hours of the factory workers in backlund. It causes so much misery that a evil deity can spawn. Also the shit the countries pulled in balam as well. Carriage drivers is not bad considering.
