So a grievance appeal is generally done because you're unsatisfied with the outcome. If you think the process was unfair, then it's definitely worth appealing
@@valla_lawI had my union representative with me during my grievance meeting, this week I have the result of my grievance and my home manager denies all my allegations, I knew something is odd about the outcome , I can feel thatthe regional manager who chaired the meeting didn’t interview the right staff nor asked relevant questions, do I have the right to ask relevant statements and documentation regarding the investigation? Because it was never shared with me, the regional manager only shared the outcome of my grievance yhat she is partially upholding my grievance but all what she written there appears to side with the home manager. I don’t feel justified and even though my manager did unethical conduct they just said sorry in the letter . My union representative said if I will appeal nothings changed it will be the same result 😢😢😢😢
Thank this is really helpful.
Really helpful, thank you for taking the time.
very useful video, many thanks
Glad it was helpful!
helpful thanks
can you record the meeting?
If your employer did not follow procedure but they believe they did, do I need to appeal ?
