I wonder if creating videos reenacting actual tribunals from various scenarios may be worthwhile? So, unjustified sacking or constructive dismissal types, I’m sure it would be enlightening to many.

@@valla_lawhi , I am experiencing bullying harrassment and discrimination in my workplace- it’s been happening since I started last July 2023.. when I filed a grievance case against our home manager, her regional manage and hr manager put me on leave and said they want to protect the business, and maybe I need a break because of my mental health is suffering, i felt gaslighted. As a Filipino nurse working in the healthcare sector , we never had a chance to be trained as nurse in charge, I have a lot of documentation about how bad the manager is treating us. I am still on leave whilst the investigation for grievance is on going. They also filed numerous investigation meeting against me which is for me is a form of discrimination because the hr and managers failed to share with me the relevant documentation before they decided that it goes to disciplinary hearing . Would you be able to help me?
Good morning. I would like your advice on my situation. I’ve worked for Royal Mail for 17 years I’ve had hospital appointment twice refused and there was days to be had . I’ve had my manager calling me when I was off work with low mood for 5 months with her saying that nobody In work wants to work with me anymore as they’re scared of upsetting me. I then called 3 posties and they all hadn’t said such a thing . I also saw another postman and he explained that he didn’t know anything about it. I’ve been moved to another office temporarily because of my grievance on a postman (assistant manager )as well in which I had shingles with distressing, it’s led me to feel that I couldn’t do my normal duty at my old office as my mental health just collapsed by being sent to there .could you explain that I could put this into my early conciliation and tribunal. My acas conciliator has only pushed me towards the 17 year service and trying to get something out of this . I’m having a phone call today from acas conciliator Thanks Rhys
excellent - jeez, you'd get & deserve more than that if it was a possible constructive dismissal too - there is also possible 'malice & spite' that a Tribunal can award for re. actions of employer - as well as possible victimisation awards etc 🥊😊
@@SavvyMoneyShow you need to speak to the union legal team and submit further documents to support your heads of claim etc, so that they can do a full assessment, difficult without neeting them face-to-face i know - the ET1 alone would not do this I'd imagine...
@@SavvyMoneyShow not sure what 'go-between' means - if you have submitted an ET1 & received an ET3 reply, it sounds like your claim is in time - you might want to research as much as you can - & seek clarity soon from the union if they will support your claim...

Would union solicitors not representing you because they do not like your chances go against you
yes - certainly happens - union lawyers/partners will assess your case & decide accordingly - often reluctant to take cases on, unless cast-iron...
@kc-qs8qg mine assessed only on et1 and et3 which of course they had a solicitor write compared to mine which they didn't help me with
