Dillon from Shooters Express here, Thank you guys for always swinging by and being very professional and showcasing our store on your channel. You guys are always welcome to hang out with us at any time!
Yea I find more deals at my local gun store then most pawn shops there’s a select few have great deals on ars and pistols only thing I like about pawn shops is I can put a new gun on layaway that’s what I mostly go to pawn shops for go put a new gun I want or anything I like in layaway last thing I bought like that was smith and Wesson fpc it was 599.99$ at the pawn shop only about 50$ cheaper then online
Yesss the pawnshop stuff is my favorite content you make. You guys are very lucky to have good pawn shops nearby, mine all want over new prices for used/beat up stuff.
The two rifles were definitely great finds but I would've scooped that 1897 instantly. I can't find them here in southern Arizona, let alone for $350. Though I have found two old Ithaca 37s with slam fire, one in 16 and the other in 12, I picked up for about $250 each.
Your content is always on point, and you're very consistent! I wish pawnshops in St Louis had firearms in stock like you do N. Carolina.. Keep it up sir 💯
Me too. My area dry for those. We actually only have 1 pawn shop that I'm aware of that's about an hour away. To be fair, we do 3 antiques stores but I've yet to see anything firearm related and almost nothing outdoor related (unless it's a busted pair of snowshoes that the yuppies like buying for decor)
Long time subscriber. I was waiting for this one to come out considering I was at Shooters Express when you were recording last week Friday (2/24). I didn't get a sticker. I was in a rush. Great video. It was cool meeting you in person.
Brian, I'll tell ya, that M1A SOCOM was a very good buy. I had just "passed by" some M1As, online, when I saw the "Pawn Shop Challenge" video. Good buy, indeed... Keep up the great videos and grats on the M1A SOCOM and the Aug! Of note: I used to go down to Gastonia, about once a year (now years ago, it seems), I have a few relatives there.
I must be the only firearms enthusiast that thinks the Steyr Aug looks dumb. I think it is the smooth plastic that makes it not look like a firearm or something... I'm going with the SOCOM.
I love pawn shopping but more than not the idiots have way to high of prices on used stuff but at the same time sometimes I find things for awesome deals
Where I live, there are no more pawn shops. I have to drive about 30-45 minutes to get to Pawn Shops and, maybe, you get a good deal. Consignments, at my FFL, can be good buys. I missed purchasing a Beretta 92X for $650 (NIB & NBF) or a PX Storm Full or Carry size ($550 and $600), having just gotten a pistol in. They were all on consignment. I went back the following week and... 2/3, the 92X & the PX Storm Carry, I wanted... gone! I need to check them, more, for consignments.
Cool video I would have bought 2 guns as well. The Colt Detective Special and the Winchester 1897 would have followed me home for sure. If I was in North Carolina I would be driving there now. lol.
i just love to see how the after market guns is on the USA. really beautiful gun culture, do not lose that because once did it you never will get this back.
Here in colorado republic of California pawn / used shops charge as much as a new gun, as new guns are never in stock. Stores dont want to be sued unded new colorado laws that allow people to sue gun stores for shootings.
❤❤Microtec for the win ,sorry but Glock is a Glock and nothing great about that besides price as most guns above the 500 dollar range are fairly reliable ,i really like the way the microtec shoots ,do they still make a few or have they completely stoped producing rifles and just doing knives ????
For a knife company the MSAR was interesting...and very hit or miss. It created an entire market for upgrades to make them work, Ratworx being the main one that comes to mind. They had the propietary mags, but also could be ordered to take standard AR mags. I had a 3 digit serial number gun that ran pretty good, but based upon some of the major failures they suffered i dumped it for a small profit when Obama scared everyone.
I'd have picked the SOCOM, but the AUG wins in the challenge bc it was entered. Also, It was very nice of the shops to allow you to video in the stores. I've seen some videos where ppl were not allowed (in some shops)
My pawnshop win last week. A pre64 model 70 that had 50 rounds fired thru it (confirmed). The guy who initially pawned it had no clue and they didn't either till I was paying for it. 650 bones. out the door.
The problem I find is a lack of cool stuff at reasonable prices. There's one small shop that I like to go to but like someone else had commented they're charging basically brand new Prices for used stuff and I mean you can tell that their pistols and rifles have been used which is okay but then they should be cheaper
Anyone know of an outdoor range that allows lane rental to where i can pull my truck up? Also I respect these dudes for actually going into pawn shops in the QC. 😂😂😂
An M1A for well under a G is a great deal, I would've picked that up without hesitation. Even if you didn't want to keep it you could probably make a few bucks flipping it.
James from TFTV had a trigger replacement on his AUG & highly recommends it. It's a well worth watch on that channel. Have a blast with those new guns.
Dillon from Shooters Express here,
Thank you guys for always swinging by and being very professional and showcasing our store on your channel. You guys are always welcome to hang out with us at any time!
Thanks again!
The advertising works had I lived in your area I would def come in after seeing this vid.
Does the store have armslist account for listings? Especially for that Winchester 1897.
@@GEEK-topia101 currently no Armslist. We do throw certain items up on GB though. Also the 1897 got rehomed on Saturday.
I called you guys last week for the CCW class! I plan on going through you guys because of this channel! See you soon!
The pawnshops in my area sell the used ones for about what the new price is , so no good deals down in my area.
There use to be a few like that around here but they went out business and then we started getting really good pawn shops popping up
Yeah used with no box, one mag and a void warranty isn't worth the $10 savings...
@CarolinaRimfire I noticed the pawnshop here had a used CZ shadow 2 (blue) for 1300 , I see them NEW for 900 🤷♂️
Yea I find more deals at my local gun store then most pawn shops there’s a select few have great deals on ars and pistols only thing I like about pawn shops is I can put a new gun on layaway that’s what I mostly go to pawn shops for go put a new gun I want or anything I like in layaway last thing I bought like that was smith and Wesson fpc it was 599.99$ at the pawn shop only about 50$ cheaper then online
So if you go to the chain pawn stores like cash america actually sell new and used and if they sit on them they sell at cost
That M1A was a killer deal!
Exactly I wouldn't be able to get my money out fast enough!
It’s rad
I nearly shit myself when I saw 950
349 for that Winchester 1897 I wish I could find deals like that in my area
That Aug was such a steal, the steyr made ones go for 2k but the cheapest I’ve seen used is about 1500. 800$ is a steal very jealous
What if I told you they can be 3d printed for under $600? LOL (nylaug)
The microtech augs 90% of the time are absolutely horrible. I'd just buy the steyr and have 0 complaints
Yesss the pawnshop stuff is my favorite content you make. You guys are very lucky to have good pawn shops nearby, mine all want over new prices for used/beat up stuff.

I wish I still lived in that area. These were all my favorite shops to stop by. Thanks for the videos man!
Loved the M1A. .
I am in love with these Pawn Shop Challenges & Pick up vids! Keep em coming I can not get enough.
Thanks I appreciate it
M1A WINS! Both are great finds, what was Brett thinking 🤔🤣
He was thinking I’m going to get a good reliable gun this time haha
Brett was thinking about his bank account
being in florida, purchasing firearms at the flea market is the best thing ever, all you need is id and your good to go
Thank you for buying some interesting items! Love the channel! 11:30
Thanks for watching!
Your great man ty for the deals and good times. It’s Good to see the man behind the music every once in a while keep on keeping on!
Thanks for the videos
I love the pawn shop videos! There’s so much cool stuff
Glad you like them!
Gotta be honest, I'm jealous of you getting that SOCOM. Had you not bought it, I would've gone there tomorrow to buy it myself! Great find!
When the channel get 2m suscribers you guys should do a $2000 Pawn Shop Challenge that'd be amazing!!!
Your content is always on point, and you're very consistent! I wish pawnshops in St Louis had firearms in stock like you do N. Carolina.. Keep it up sir 💯
Thanks

Dude, we have no good deal pawnshops around here in Salisbury
I'm gonna have to take a gun shopping road trip to that part of the state. Our prices are outrageous in this area too!
That Microtech is freaking cool. Reminds me of something from the video game Halo
4:03 GAWD DAMN !!! I would of bought that 357 its Gorgeous
This is like guntuber counter culture. Instead of saying, "Don't be poor," he says, "Let's go find a deal." relatable

Aug looks dumb as hell.
That 1897 is one of my dream guns
Screaming deal on the M1a. At that price, some poor bastard must have sold it to the shop for like $700 or $800. Ouch.
I was surprised
I love pawn shopping but more than not the idiots have way to high of prices on used stuff but at the same time sometimes I find things for awesome deals
That M1A price. WTF
Love pawn shop finds!!!!!
Thanks
I would have scooped the socom up too, at $900 youd be foolish not to. and $450 for the Gen4 Glock was a good deal AS well.
Glocks aren’t $530 new where you live?
ever consider going further out ,im in morganton and marion has some good pawn shops as well.love the videos
Yea hopefully soon
Can’t wait til you guys go back to American Pawn & Gun. Also, the Target Sports USA Ammo+ membership is totally worth it.
Last time we went there they said they were too busy for us to film
Great video, I love your Pawn Shop videos. Last week I picked up some of your stickers at Beltway; thanks for leaving them.
Nice glad you got one !
The pawn shops around here sell used guns for more than new guns lol.
Where I live, there are no more pawn shops. I have to drive about 30-45 minutes to get to Pawn Shops and, maybe, you get a good deal. Consignments, at my FFL, can be good buys. Some good deals on those Pew Pews!!!!!
Awesome finds!
Love the pawn shop challenge
Thanks
I wish you would’ve left stickers at the shop again lol I usually try to checkout some of the shops you recommended! Sick finds though!
I did leave them
Best prices are probably the ones that have gone up or no longer sold. They already searched the value
That socom is one of my unicorn guns.
The gen 4 19 mos is my go to at home. Pair it with the holosun sds and you have a really great combo.
That socom M1a is a crazy deal. Those are like 1600 bucks brand new
I have a blue steel public defender that I picked up on consignment. Just one word...WOW
Ok, I’m pissed about that M1A! Lol
“ scopin stuff out???” “Yeaa buddy”
“Sum barrel .22 yeaaarr buddy!!!” 😂😂😂😂😂
That Microtech is awesome 🔥
Thanks
Oh you definitely won with the MIA and Steyr
I hate my life Incredible for someone who lives in Austria. When it comes to Gun Culter, I'm so jealous of the USA
Cool video I would have bought 2 guns as well. The Colt Detective Special and the Winchester 1897 would have followed me home for sure. If I was in North Carolina I would be driving there now. lol.
Everytime I go to a pawn shop here in Lubbock Texas I see they try to sell old crap for a higher price then new I stop going to them
Damn! The Ruger Alaskan! One of my fav revolvers…..hard to find those under 1k these days.
That m1asoc was a good deal. Ive been personally hunting for the scout but theyre aaaalways sold fast.
Man, haven’t seen a M1a for that kind of price in a long time. Incredible. That’s like instant equity. Nice get sir.
Thanks 👍
8:56 Looks like another good show! Yep, good show.
Bro y’all be finding some nice firearms at great prices. I swear the shops in my area be taxing. $750 for a gen 5 Glock! SMH 🤦♀️.
You definitely took the win this time with the m1a and aug.
i just love to see how the after market guns is on the USA. really beautiful gun culture, do not lose that because once did it you never will get this back.
Here in colorado republic of California pawn / used shops charge as much as a new gun, as new guns are never in stock. Stores dont want to be sued unded new colorado laws that allow people to sue gun stores for shootings.
That’s aug clone is awesome I think for that price I woulda snatched it up too. I didn’t even know they were ever made
❤❤Microtec for the win ,sorry but Glock is a Glock and nothing great about that besides price as most guns above the 500 dollar range are fairly reliable ,i really like the way the microtec shoots ,do they still make a few or have they completely stoped producing rifles and just doing knives ????
I never never seen an m1a that cheap! Definitely the winner.
I know I was very surprised
Love the SOCOM
That socom looks badass I wish I could buy me a socom a1 looks badass
“This one’s going home with me today” - Brian
::cry’s in CA😭😭:: - me
I feel your pain … I too cry in CA 😭😭
@@gunswillyify 😔😭
That m1a tho. I'm jealous
That’s hilarious as I’m watching this i am looking at my microtech knife😂 never knew that they made a gun
Me either !
Well done Gentlemen!
Thanks
For a knife company the MSAR was interesting...and very hit or miss. It created an entire market for upgrades to make them work, Ratworx being the main one that comes to mind. Brett pulled out the Glock reliability card. Well played, sir.
Akv with an interesting stabilizer 😂
OMG way better deals down there than up here in Wa state. I would have swooped up that SOCOM in a nano second. 😮
I'd have picked the SOCOM, but the AUG wins in the challenge bc it was entered. Also, It was very nice of the shops to allow you to video in the stores. I've seen some videos where ppl were not allowed (in some shops)
I just picked up a brand new Kel-Tec CP33 at a local pawn shop for only $399! However, there are some pretty shady pawn shops out there- be careful!
The M1A socom for the win 🏆
Voting for the AUG of course
My pawnshop win last week. A pre64 model 70 that had 50 rounds fired thru it (confirmed). The guy who initially pawned it had no clue and they didn't either till I was paying for it. 650 bones. out the door.
Awesome video. I split my vote between the M1A and tge Aug.
Some of my favorite content
OMG you killed it in this one! Two of my most favorite rifles ever made I would have totally bought both as well
SOCOM is the winner.👍
The green one wins for me
Can't go wrong with any of these choices.
The problem I find is a lack of cool stuff at reasonable prices. There's one small shop that I like to go to but like someone else had commented they're charging basically brand new Prices for used stuff and I mean you can tell that their pistols and rifles have been used which is okay but then they should be cheaper
I watch this as a Canadian. Makes me cry ..
Loving this series
Thanks
You lucky dog pawnshops around me want new prices for guns that look like they’ve been through hell and back
You should have got that Winchester the 1897s are pretty rare and at an amazing price.
Anyone know of an outdoor range that allows lane rental to where i can pull my truck up? Also I respect these dudes for actually going into pawn shops in the QC. 😂😂😂
...outstanding, 2 legacy weapons at 90s prices!
I like the AUG for the win.
Great video! Do an accuracy test on the Socom.
That M1A is a crazy good deal. Nice.
The M1A SOCOM won all the way. AUG was a close 2nd but all were good deals. 👍
Thanks
I would be broker than I am now if I was anywhere close to Shooters Express.
I normally don’t like what you pick up in these. But that M1A and AUG clone. Especially at those prices! 🔥🔥🔥
An M1A for well under a G is a great deal, I would've picked that up without hesitation. Even if you didn't want to keep it you could probably make a few bucks flipping it.
Awsome finds
Thanks
I got a barely shot FN Five-Seven Mk2 with the case mags Manuel and everything for 800$ at my local gun shop I was stoked!
James from TFTV had a trigger replacement on his AUG & highly recommends it.
It's a well worth watch on that channel.
Have a blast with those new guns.
Heck yeah boomchackalucka
$950 for the M1A is a screaming deal!
