Just progress on side and front splits by doing them 3 to 7 times a week. You should not have any problems with hip mobility after a year. This solved it for me. My splits were like 1 meter off the ground. Now both are 5 cm off. I just stretched every day for 9 months. I saw a huge benefit in climbing.
Shit I had the exact same experience with the high heel hook rockover and loud popping sound..... 8 months ago and still hurts...

Great information with nice tips on what to look out for when doing certain move with your body.
Focus on the natural back-arch is spot on, though I missed it in the spiderman where the blue-shirted-patient seems to arch his back slightly wrong in my opinion. *small detail though.

Apparently for external rotation my hips are in great shape individually, but simultaneously a disaster
Alex same here when I started working on my mobility. Active an passive frog stretches 3-5 times a week helped me a lot 🙌🏻

yeah, maybe but not everybody do yoga! For me this video has been usefull!
