I was a meat lover few years back but when I realized the pain involved in the process I quit meat. Now whenever I have cravings for meat I think about those innocent animals and my cravings automatically varnishes away.

Try soya chunks with MSG coz it tastes like goat mutton, i tried at my home, not 100% tastes like mutton but about 65% it tastes like that

Is that arrow shirt original ? As in my city many branded clothing stores are selling such high quality and 100% same in looks replica of arrow and some other brands. And as on amazon no direct company is selling their products, other sellers can sell any stuff. Main reason of raising this question is, one of my known person owned arvind mills arrow outlet for 1 and half years and by any how this price is not acceptable. Also on myntra where company and distributors are selling arrow products directly are not providing such huge discounts. And it is fact that on Flipkart and amazon tons of sellers are available, selling fake replicas which are even not possible to distinguish by the original company’s outlet staff.

just to tell you sir sirf protein ki quantity se kisi edible substance ko judge nahi karte kyuki har product mein protein ki quality bhi alag hoti hai jise hum bolte hai amino acid profile of that food item, and soy ka amino acid profile acha nahi hai so that means it is not a good quality protein which someone can eat daily.
Do what u re doing also after checking out some products try cooking urself. Nice one, for Vegetarians P.S i m not one, soya is the biggest competitive to the meat.
I like the video .. but we gotta understand that being on top of the food chain in the urban world. it is nature's way to consume lower life form. in doing so we do take a life but that life then becomes a part of us.. a part of the greater purpose. Considering all this .. istead of stopping to eat meat id rather say give back to the world what it needs .. reduce Ur plastics, energy wastage, contribute to the environment, etc etc .. just a thought !🙂
