    Your entire talk on Mindfulness Meditation relates to objective awareness which ,no doubt will be helpful to better your life in outer world.
    However, real import of Mindfulness is subjective awareness.
    To do all worldly acts with self awareness.
    Mindfulness means to watch your all mental and physical activities with self awareness ie. objective and subjective Awareness at the same time...
    जिसे बुलेशाह कहते हैं;
    हथ कार वल
    दिल यार वल
    This way Mindfulness means meditative living with self awareness.
    This is what Budha called:
    समासति and Osho called:
    साक्षी भाव।
