Thank you so much!! I am so glad you enjoyed 😄🔥
@@TrevinPeterson I asked this question in the general comments, but your probably not likely to see it, so I'm "replying" directly to you in hopes you see this Trevin; "If my product 'niche' only has 5 sponsored ppc's on page 1, could I in theory pay .05 ppc and show up as "sponsored ad #6" (on page 1?)"
I am an aspiring virtual assistant and I find this video super helpful! Thank you so much for this! :)

Thanks a ton Trevin. This is very valuable information. God bless.
Trevin, this is such an amazon break down video for PPC. You should do more like this to learn PPC into depth, understand how to convert minimum bids into more sales
Hands down, the best PPC video out! Thanks for the amazing video Trevin!

Thanks for sharing such great information on PPC. You are a natural at explaining and going through the step by step process. Looking forward to doing your course this fall. 😊

Hi Trevin Great video thanks very much. As the launch time is getting closer I watched it again and I must say this is the clearest explanation of the PPC campaign among all I watched. One question, are you recommending using all the campaigns you mentioned, Auto, Manual product with Brand/Phrase then Exact, and Product targeting all together at the same time?
Much appreciated. I've been studying Amazon PPC for the past 4 months and i'm still learning from the basics haha.
Lots to uncover that’s forsure 😅
This was so very helpful, thank you!!!
Of course!! Glad you enjoyed!!
Thank you for such an informative video, I will implement this today
a tip for you. make a separate portfolio for each product and a separate campaign for one keyword in one ad Group which helps you to control your budget easily which results in lower ACOS..best of luck
Best video on PPC. Very easy to understand. So appreciative of you sharing your knowledge.
Glad to hear! I’m glad it helped 😃

So literally Product targeting is kinda suggested item to buy which is kind close to what the clients is looking for , which gonna increase the sales 50% , so running two campegin is a must for each product , one for keywords and other for Product . with exact targeting , ur videos are no BS , you get to the point and u dont say nonsense during ur videos i really like that. tc

Thank you for all of your advice and suggestions. I've been doing Amazon selling since January of this year and it's been getting better as the month's progress but there have been some things that have been disappointing like a couple products that either failed or are not doing well because of a mistake I made, but having your advice is helping to eliminate those mistakes. This video has hyped me up again to try to get those products to be successful. So I'm going to grind!
Congrats on the progress/success so far! And thank you for the support and watching the channel! Also those mistakes of failed products are super valuable lessons! Keep pushing and keep at it! You got this!

@@TrevinPeterson I am Amazon Virtual Assistant, and today expert in every skill just because of your videos.
Hi Trevin, great video, just subscribed right now.
I have a question though:
When we talk about product campaigns, where we target Asins basically, is it better to create a single campaign where we include highly relevant asins together with related to my product asins, or 2 different campaigns?
I am asking this from the perspective of Placement settings. For highly relevant asins, you want your ad to be shown on top of search, definitely. However for the related asins, you want your ad to be shown mostly on product pages, otherwise it would drain your budget, and I guess you would have a bad conversion rate.
So how we create different placement settings for these 2 categories of asins, if not just by creating 2 different campaigns?
Thank you and looking forward to your input on this.
Hey Eduard, Yes, we definitely create separate campaigns but you need to understand this, if we talk about highly relevant asin targeting make sure the asin you select must be low rating than yours if you don't have enough reviews on your product.
Picture this: If you have 4.2 rating and you target any 4.5 rating listing this will impact on your conversion rate so for avoid this you need to target 4.0 rating listing to better conversion rate with placement setting so you will convert their buyer to your listing.
when we do asin targeting we need to be very careful about it and strategize our campaigns according to the intend.
How long on average does it take for ads to work? A few days? Weeks? I’ve followed your video to a T, have 14 things listed and not getting anywhere
Great one, comprehensive.

Hello trevin, I see you do the common practice of multiple keywords per ad group. There's a few that do the "Only one keyword per ad group and campaign strategy", including myself. Have you ever tried it? If you have, which strategy do you think yields better results? Great content, thank you.
Yes I have done that and a lot of my campaigns are single keywords especially if I know they are converting well. This is a video to help people just learning about amazon ppc so if I told someone to open up 100 campaigns it would overwhelm them.
Your video is great and so easy to follow. Can you run both the automatic campaign and the manual at the same time?
Yes you can! Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed!
@@TrevinPeterson Hi I'm hoping you can help me with this question, I set up the sponsored marketing of which you outlined but not to far into it I notice they wanted to collect a payment of $3 in early December and of course it is still sitting their highlighted in red as I have other money owing on Amazon. Do you know if Amazon pushes your product back and out of sight if money is owing as people find it hard to find my product. Products aren't selling and of course they've stopped the sponsored marketing.
Great video again, Can you suggest how many keywords are optimal to add to one campaign for getting the best results, 10,50,100...? Are there any limits on how algorithms works?
Ideally just add 5 to 6 keywords in a campaign and make sure all those k.w have same search volume.bcz if a keyword have 10 thousand of search volume and one kw have a search volume of 1 thousand then amazon algorithm will feed ur 70 to 75% budget to the higher search volume kw.
Thank you for your great content as always. can I take 1 minute of your time ? can I ask what do you do in ppc when a keyword got ranked ? do you turn that keyword off ? I know my question not related but I will really appreciate of you respond me
Don't turn off the keyword just lower down the bids gradually.
good Information. One Question i have
How to rank our product in product placement ads as there are also very high number of products advertising?
Thank you in advance
To play with placements to rank your product, you need two thing
Target cpc and your base bid, using some formula you will calculate your target bid and the target TOS placement multiplier
Hi ive got a question ,, I would like to put on AMAZON UK PPC > 50% off coupon code < I have designed a cut out coupon . please can you instructed me how ?
Is PPC profitable with merch amazon product?
Can we just make a campaign for TOS?? For instance we just want Amazon to show our product on TOS on relevant KWS.
What do you mean?
Great video. Beautiful. A lot of details. Question : can you make manual exact campaign as well as phrase campaign with same keywords ? So you dont miss out on the other words that come after and before the keywords you already have on your exact campaign ? I mean running them both at the same time
Yes you can but you would want to put a negative exact campaign on the phrase or broad campaigns of the keywords in your manual exact so they aren’t competing against each other!
1st optimize ur listing then use the relevant keywords as ur compitator have Run Auto PPC compaign on these keywords.
2.Ur bid should be low then suggested bid by amazon for example if amazon suggest 1.92 u select at 1.42
3. Run auto PPC for 2 weeks .then make a list of keywords exclude negative keywords and then Run manual compaign on those keywords on which u are taking orders and conversion.
@@TrevinPeterson Ok thanks a lot.
yes..you can make a manual exact campaign as well as a phrase campaign with the same keywords..sometimes there is high CPC charged for getting an order in manual exact as compared to phrase because the phrase targeting charge lower CPC
Hey Trevin, I have a question regarding amazon ppc here. Let's say my product already ranking page 1 on specific keyword, Should I pause this specific keyword from my amazon ppc or just lower the bid ?
Just lower the bids.
Great video Trevin. Question for you. I’ve been testing dozens of keywords. Several of the keywords have low spend, and no sales. And I have others with high spend, and low ROAS. At what time do I turn off the keyword and move on?
Check the CTR and and conversion of the keywords.if a keyword have Conversion less than 10% then just simply turn off those keywords.
And if u have CTR less than 1% on your keywords then first check relevancy and also check ur listing if u think its well optimized and its still not getting clicks then simply turn those keywords off not campiagn
Good luck.👍

Any suggestion about which Amz market to start with? If u live in UK, like us, would be appropriate selling to Amz - USA (the biggest market)?
US market is the biggest but if you want to start in the UK you can!
@@TrevinPeterson thanks for your prompt answer!
@@piernicolabisantino4485 no problem 😄
Do you separate broad, phrase, and exact match into their own campaigns?
You can yes. I recommend just split testing.
wish I had your course. just can't afford it right now :/
No worries!! Keep enjoying the free UA-cam content while you keep saving 🔥
We due respect you are the one which I were looking for. But now the question is that how can we we assess our impression after a week. I mean what is the strategy to put some Keywords in negative and how can we avoid going into out of budget?
If it’s getting 10+ clicks and no conversions time to adjust!
@@TrevinPeterson got it❤️
How do you know how many campaigns to run at once?
You can have as many as you want but I recommend starting out with 5 in my course!
Hey Trevin, I see that you have put 38 keywords in manual campaigns but I read somewhere that if you put more than 10 keywords per campaign than Amazon throttles impressions and hence it is not ideal to put more than 10 keywords per campaign. I would appreciate your thoughts on this, thanks.
That’s great! You can create separate campaigns with 10 keywords in each.
@@TrevinPeterson Thanks a lot, Trevin! just have 2 more questions based on what you suggest, would greatly appreciate your response:
(1)May I know at what point should I increase bids for each keywords as in is after each keyword crosses an impressions threshold without any sales or clicks for that keyword? Also do you recommend any specific number of keywords per campaign as in do your feel 20 keywords per campaign is too much or is it ok?
(2) I am planning to run AUTO campaigns as well so wanted to ask you if you suggest running the AUTO campaigns with any specific strategy in mind with respect to setting specific bids for close, loose, substitutes and complements? My experience in the past with AUTO campaigns is that they are literally cash burners as in my search reports show up completely unrelated ASINs with high CPCs so wondering if there is any best strategy to run AUTO campaigns?
@@Om-gg5tk if it’s getting sales increase. If it isn’t then decrease. If you are getting 10+ clicks then turn of the keyword. And if auto campaign is sucking budget then lower bid
I would love to learn how you do things organically :) without ads involved not everyone has the means at the start to get the ball rolling with ads.
Sadly you need PPC to grow and scale your business! So I would recommend saving some money 😅
@@TrevinPeterson I have been growing mine without any ads not to brag or take away from.what your doing appreciate what you share. Just my 2nd month and am making almost $100 organically. Growing but let's see how the next few months pan out. Thanks for your reply I'm I'm stay at home mom so no saving possible yet
@@AliBat3 that’s awesome! if you spent on ads you could double that within a few Days!
@@TrevinPeterson thanks :) yes I believe so. I plan on turning it around and doing ads eventually next month possibly :)
I have a client since the start of my services. It's been 11 months now and the account is up on page 1 organically and making handsome sales.
The challenge was alike: Not authorized for PPC.
I did some deep analysis on the market and the keywords then I came up with a strategy:
1- I optimized the Front-end with the High Search Volume Keywords.
2- Optimized the back-end with the correct intended audience and,
3- Periodically optimized the back-end Search terms with the changing seed and intent keywords after they had been indexed.
It took me above 3 months to reach page 2, but the experiment was a success. The account is up and on 13th position in organic ranking among the niche.
👍👍👍
Thank you!!
What do you do when you have a few keywords that are selling but the ad spend is significantly larger than the sales?
Check ur those keywords which are giving u high ACOS and simply optimized All these keywords.
@@realfunnofake6195 can you be specific?
I have 50+ SKU in 1 category. Do I need to run 50+ PPC campaign for each of them ?? If not then how we can run multiple product in single campaign ??
You can create multiple add groups in a single campaign.
Create multiple campaigns, otherwise reading campaign report will be so difficult.
👍👍👍👍👍👍
If my product 'niche' only has 5 sponsored ppc's on page 1, could I in theory pay .05 ppc and show up as "sponsored ad #6" (on page 1?)
It could. Up to Amazon tho because there are other automatic campaigns with listings Amazon could show over yours if they think it’s relevant
@@TrevinPeterson thank you for your reply! How long would it take for me to see my placement? A few hours? A day? I suppose I could see my ad placement and tweak it from there until I'm happy?
@@georgeramos1462 no problem! And it can happen instant but also take up to a day to see
