  • This is a technique using a whirlpool action for cleaning your round pool. Works great to get all the trash in one spot to aid in collection. Use vacuum or skimmer net as shown in this video for a quick cleaning.

    Thanks for the tip mate. I have already bought 2 automatic vaccum cleaners and none worked in my filter pump. I saw lots of vídeos, mostly brasilian, and saw a lot of "solutions" that, though being cheaper, weren t so easy. I m very glad i saw your video. Tomorrow i will try it in my pool. I think my kid will enjoy both walking around the pool and getting it clean. Thanks

    Oh my gosh!! We do this all the time for exercise and fun with the grandkids. Our pool is always clean when we’re in it because my husband is a freak about vacuuming it, what seems like, ALL the time. When we are making the “whirlpool, I never see but a very small amount of debris collect to the center, so I never thought of making it the method to “vacuum”. Now my husband can put down the vacuum and just pick up the screen. Thanks for opening my eyes a little wider Paul 👍🏻😊🇺🇸 haha

      It doesn't replace vacuuming, that still needs to be done, this is just a in in-between clean up. If your pool has a filtration system all you need is a hose, vacuum head and pole and you can manually vacuum it. Here's a video showing this. ua-cam.com/video/rQNRW_Ka8zo/v-deo.html

    We had 6 kids in our family...my parents showed us how to make this fun, super strong whirlpool and then told us it was time to get out because it could get really strong. Not until I got my own pool as an adult did I realize she was making us do her dirty work!! Haha! Now....I make my kids do it. Great video!!!

    This works great I've been doing that for about 6 years. I also keep a smaller vacuum system which consists of a couple Shop-Vac wands and vacuum head with some sump pump hose. Only need enough hose to go past the middle of the pool. Best part is I can grab it while I'm in the pool and be done in a minute.

Costco.com has it so you can easily try it out or return for any reason too.

      @@Executiveinvestments- Yes it is according to pool size. I tested the water and it actually works. Most of the time it depends on the where the pool is setup. I set mine up in a very open area. Other setups may just require very little chlorine. Overall the ionizer reduces chlorine significantly...I would say 85-95%.

    So I sat outside watching this, while keeping an eye on my kids in the pool. I jumped up and said "Hey kids, get all your floaties out of the pool, I want you to try something" once I explained what I wanted them to do, my 13 year old said "Mom, is this like a scam to get us to exercise? 😆 I'm like "no, just watch what happens" all the while hoping it really did work. Well, fast forward to a solid hour later, the kids were still walking fast around the pool and having so much fun! We forgot about the debris 😁 we now have a vacuum, but the kids still love doing the 'whirlpool' thing!

    I have a small pool. I do the same thing too (netting it out) but my pump does the work for me. It naturally pushes piles in certain areas that I just net up. Don't even have to get in. :) I also take a brush on a pole and brush it daily to keep the slime down. Both processes are my meditation time/besides using the pool too. :)

    • @JohnSmith-xx1lx
      @JohnSmith-xx1lx 2 роки тому

      No big deal when you only have one pool to do, but when you have 50 to 70 pools a week, what you once thought was meditation turns into excruciating pain and over a long period of time you're guaranteed to have a shoulder replacement.
