is there any mechanical noise when you do the excersice? as the bench has many joints which mightb easily got anoying sound when you make some movement on it. unfortunately your last part of the video wiped off the sound and only added some other music which made me cannot hear any mechanical noise from the bench.

The strechy things, is there any resistance? They look like they are too long. Just joined a gym. I haven't yet found the motivation to go every day. Was thinking about getting one of these, for the days i don't go.
