- Should zirconia crowns be bonded or cemented to the teeth? What is preferred? Zirconia bonding or cementation? Is zirconia bonding similar to emax crowns?

I am doing my paper on monolithic zirconia and I am not ashamed to say I've been STRUGGLING. It is completely different to sit down and read the information and it's another thing entirely to have a visual aid to break things down. Your videos have been very, very helpful and for that I thank you profusely.
That means a lot! Thankyou :)

Thank you 🙏🏻
You’re welcome 😊
Some people light cure the bond on the tooth before placing the crown . Advantage /disadvantage?
Very helpfull mam...thnkyu so much

Will this sticked using bubblegum kind of thing ? I'm worries about it. I have took this operation in 2018, but today i could able to see some bubblegum covered on my top of inside mouth at early morning. Please reply my comment, I'm really very worried on this.
super mam part 1 and part 2 but am not perfect understand english plz speak in kannada humbel request for u mam 🙏🙏
So etching of tooth surface is with phosphoric acid (in spite of the warning not to etch the intaglio of the crown)? And if we are using something like GC Fujicem cement, a RMGI cement, do we still need to etch/bond?
Selective etching of tooth surface with 37% phosphoric acid can be done.
Conventional cementation does not necessarily require etch / bond...
Dr..isn't rely X unicem a self adhesive resin cement in which u don't need to etch or bond the teeth and intaglio surface of crown? I thought we just need to sandblast the inner surface of crown a d clean the teeth and cement the self adhesive cement as it intrinsically contains etchant and bonding .
perhaps not on the tooth surface...but on the intaglio surface of the crown, we apply zirconia primer if the cement does not contain 10-MDP for bonding
Love your voice
Thank You! :)
Thank you maam
Welcome 😊
it was so go0d.
Thank You! :)
No extra procedure for preparation is needed when you have natural enamel hydroxyapatite involved as resin. CHT is pure and strong.
Is silane application needed before applying primer?
not needed as far as I know
Ceramic Hydroxyapatite Will last forever with no toxicity involved.
Pls give the references
Why you prohibit use of etchant?
because your 37% phosphoric acid etchant contains phosphate groups which will interfere with the bonding of your crown with the tooth
Hi Doc can i have and appointment to you im from houston pls help fix my teeth were is your clinic located if ur from India don you know anyone to recommend me pls Doc help me Im getting stress of my teeth please help me thank you so much
Most Indian dentists do not do all these.....They just put GIC and tuck the crown ....
I got it done from a prosthodontist in noida and its badly done i would say.
My crown doesnt even fit properly. and zirconia is not even polished ....surface is so sandy rough
Ask TLV for info ℹ️
Cements are not safe.
You need Inert Cement only.
