I wish nothing but the best for your deck, but I just spent 2 summers sanding that solid deck paint off my deck. It chipped off in spots and in other places it took a derma sander tool to finally get that stuff off. This time I'm going with a simi transparent stain. Goodluck
Thank you so much 💪🏽 this is a great question. I would not recommend using super deck on composite wood because it’s only for wood. I would used other exterior products. We’ve used Duration by Sherwin and regal by Benjamin!!
Thank you so much!! This is a great question, unfortunately you can’t. You will be to do some sanding. Check out this video 👉 ua-cam.com/video/DzQxP_WlZeU/v-deo.html
Thank you so much… this product is solid stain by Sherwin Williams and this is a custom color called (B003) SC-131 PEWTER. If you show them they will be able to math it 100%
Does old solid stain peel off at all? I keep trying to figure out if what’s on mine is paint or stain. It’s only peeling in a few tiny tiny spots like edges but mostly it just looks like it wore off. The color you used on this deck looks exactly the color on it and it’s matte not shiny, but the nails are that color too so it made me question what it is. Been trying to figure it out since last summer! Ugh lol
Why would u use a primer if it’s a stain that’s being used? Wouldn’t primer be more suitable for paint? They could have used a wood stripper then cleaner, then brightener. That would restore the wood as long as it’s in good condition.
Just blowing the leaves off isn’t the proper prep for the solid stain. Give that several months of heat /cold and that will all peel off. Good luck with a bad job and wasted money.

Agreed once you use solid stain it takes a lot of work to go back to bare wood. Good luck with your project 💪
BM makes an oil based semi solid👍
What color and who makes the paint? It’s beautiful
Bestie cut line with the deck brush. I always throw some frog tape up there.
Super slick fellas. What’s the brush that you’re using? I love how soft it is and that it gets between the deck boards.
Thank you so much 🙌🏽 this is the brush we love using for project like this 👉 jclicht.com/products/olympian-oil-stainer-brush

Paint life is trash...real painters despise the idaho painter... All he does is push gimmicky bullshit for YT views...
Nice!
Thank you Doreen!!
Can you please tell me what brushes to buy and sealer … I paid a man 1500.00 to paint my deck and it’s looks terrible.. no sealer and it’s chipping

And in 2-3 years it’ll have to be sanded and done all over again. I’m about to rip up the boards on ours and install Trex.
Totally right… 🤙
You do any sanding?
Great question yea we do!!
2 coats ?
Great questions, yes this product was applied twice 💪🏽
How much?
Great question depending on the size of the deck, but we have a minimum charge of $1200. I believe this one was about $1,800 dollars
This is p orn for painters 😊
