1: this tank seems to be a wonderful mid range sniper, something where you can usually control the battle, but still be able to be a threat when flanking 2: i enjoy where its at BUT if it needs a buff i think either drop the total reload down to 35-39 seconds because you can lower the reload by 5 OR drop the interclip reload to 3.75 seconds, it will still be long but it wont be unbearable when you need to defend yourself but definitely not both
I'm playing it in Frontline now, with its speed u can run across the mid front line and snipe the once looking out, stay alive for all the tanks slots to reload and empty my magazine at least once

I think it would be better and a bit more unique having like 3/3/30 autoloader instead of 4/4/40. Considering the BC 25t AP already has high clip damage and long reload.

I think I'll go for this tank primarily. If I combine whatever tokens I get across all of expedition I should have no problem. The high skill cap really excited me as well as how unique the vehicle is. I'm not too worried about not getting the 777
I loved the T45E1 and hated the 57 heavy. 54E1 with full gold is hilarious fun. You can erase a lot of tanks in a single magazine and it doesn’t take you half as long to unload that damage as it does in the Char Also a lot of people ignore T45E1’s because they think they aren’t a threat, until they’re 1560 HP down and then they pay attention to you. I three marked mine in less than 240 battles and got my mark up to 97.6 at one point before I sold it for the 57, which sucks absolute balls

Idk about any of the others in the T57 line, but the T57 heavy seems pretty godlike. It’s an odd line, they’re all weird tanks that don’t really fit anywhere else in the American tech tree
The 4s reload time makes me wonder is this one of the few tanks where you can run the Improved Aiming equipment? It would make it a much more effective sniper
Tbh I find it unnecessary, vents, stabs optics and food as well as BIA and other stuff gets it down to around 0.3, although disclaimer I use bond items so it's gonna be around 0.31 which is still good
So a standard B without the autoreloader advantage and with worse intraclip reload basically. The turret armor wont save you much, the extra shell makes the clip reload horrible.
Thank you QuickyBaby for reviewing this and the Obj. 777 v2, i was'nt sure which one to pick up and i can defenetly get only one of the tanks, even with steelhunt combined. Looks like this one has more novelty as the 777. I usually dont drive as many heavys and i need some good heavy's to do the Campaign Mission 15 for the t55, so at first i thought i would take the 777 but it seems the techtree variants are as good for the job...
That second match certainly helped make it look op, but those 4 sec intraclip reload seems just sooo much... I'm not quite sure yet what to think about this tank...
I was all set to grind a bit of Frontlines to get this tank. Now I'm happy that I can play the gamemode for a bit of extra credits and variation from random battles, no need to get 'serious' with it.
I just started playing WoT again after a long hiatus and completely missed out on frontlines for this year so I guess I'll never have any of these reward tanks in my garage. Awesome.

no. there isnt that much funny moments in one stream. i would say best idea would be making it one funny moments video per month. otherwise people get bored of it really fast plus there wouldnt be enough good content.

I aim to get one tank out of FL/ Steel hunter. I have the AE phase 1, and i thought obj 777/2 would be the way to go. But this looks cool, more appealing in fact
@@danitoduyzer3665 It depends on what you look for. The Char futur is a great sniper, mobile, stealthy and accurate- while the AE phase 1 is a true heavy tank, brawler, with great frontal armour. I like the Char Futur better, nicer playstyle imo (pretty cool autoloader), but i wouldnt say either is a lot better than the other
Yeah, tbh, i think only changing the intraclip to 3.5 seconds and it would still be a balanced tank. And if you want it to differ more from the Techtree T9 it could go down to 3 round magazine, so you would have the big bang C4 and the "take out different targets" 25t AP

Upper plate is effective but the turret armor is pretty tragic. Meaning, once people know the weakness you probably won't bounce much. This is giving me very big B-C 25t vibes. Keep the distance, look for opportunities, and if you have to - unload the whole clip.
It's actually excellent against T10 heavies. The heat ammo can pen a maus easily or a object 268 v4 and most other tanks. It's an excellent sniper. This tank is all about view range. You place yourself, you wait, and you shoot. Mine has 504 m view range and it can spot like a demon and then take out pretty much anything over high distances with it's premium and even standard ammo + it has fairly good stealth values.
I think out of the object 777 ver. 2, ae phase 1 and the char future it will have to be this tank in my opinion as it is completely unique compared to other tanks in the game as the object and the AE are just clones that feel a bit different and considering I am grinding down the t110e5 line and the object 277 line they won’t feel fun and unique compared to tanks I am already playing but I am getting the bc 25t and this tank will be a fresh new play style for me as I have just finished grinding the British meds

It kinda remids me of the old swedish heavy tank in terms of the intraclip reaload which is not that bad if you have mobility, for me atleast its a viable option but then again i dont know which tank to pick, the russian, the french future tank ,or ,the american (i forgot the name)
Never was really intrested in Frontline and stuff, but this year i will play it because i want this tank, it looks sexy, is balanced and has a different enough playstyle from the standard french autoloader to be intresting to play :x Personally i think about 3,5 seconds Intraclip would be preferable and still balanced, but well, cant have everything.

I know how it will feel: like worse than most other tier 9's. All those reward tanks can use a little buffing here and there. They're substantially worse than regular tanks.
it seems like carrying he on this wouldnt be as bad idea as the tier 10 batchat, only 4 out of 32 shells instead of 5 out of 30, so 1/8th of the ammo capacity instead of 1/6th, not good, but not nearly as bad as the batchat
Looks good, one thing I would change is the inter-clip reload, for me 4s is too much, despite having a little bit of armour for a French med, still is not near enough for high tier games and so you can't sit for long period in front of a tank to unload your clip, so maybe make it 3 or 3.3 seconds the inter-clip.
I think, since this tank is pretty good at long range, it would also work to lower the clip reload to 35 base instead of 40 base... it feels to long, if you also take that long to unload
you shouldn't be sitting for long period in front of an enemy tank in the first place (this is a terrible idea in most case and only marginally better with autoloader unless you are certain you can kill it and you can survive the health trade) especially with the gun handling on this tank.... I mean with 0.34 accuracy and 2.2 second aim time? that should already be an obvious clue that this tank is not intended to be used the way you throw other french autoloader. And I think this is actually good, it gives enough identity and characteristic to make the tank something different than standard french autoloader... 4 second between autoloading shots in exchange for 2.2 second aim time and 0.34 accuracy is a fair exchange imho...
@@IonoTheFanatics As an autoloader you are forced to sit for a long period of time clipping a target, 4s inter-clip is way too long for a tank that has barely an armour, say what you want but this is the truth and you wont change my mind.

I'm a ps4 player and I love watching your videos but I cant help but seeing the differences between the two versions of the game, from graphics to completely new tank lines and game modes I've never heard of lol. Lately i have had much trouble with WOT's ping. I run over 90 FPS and i never had problems months ago. I just downloaded Pingplotter to check the issue, what should i do when i get the results?
14:42 I'm quite sure these buildings in sand river don't really care what ammunition you use, they crumble part by part anyway and consume the shell. Decent cover when capping on encounter.
It'd seem to depend on what you prefer playing. Do you like Bat-Chats or Russian heavies better? The Char Futur seems to be pretty much a Bat-Chat except with troll armor on the front, and while the 777 seems like a pretty typical Soviet heavy. I'd probably go for the 777, since I suck at lights and light-mediums, and even with the surprising armor I doubt I'd do well in the Char Futur. Whereas even a scrub like me can play Soviet heavies.
The tank looks like it will be ok. I just wish Wargaming would fix the match making, it's still broken. When almost every game is either 5-15 or 15-5 it's just not fun to play. I also think that like SPG's, autoloaders shouldn't be able to platoon before the match.
I love how QB glossed over the results of the first battle. I checked a diff video of his where he made 100k in a soviet heavy and it was his first battle in the video and he didn’t cut out its results page.

So glad it has full tier X engine hp, that was the only fault of the 25t-ap, having a tier 6 engine at tier 9 getting engine/tracked was the worst

with better armor, better penetration, better alpha, better stealth values... better power to weight ratio.
way more accurate 4 shells instead of 3 with better alpha damage much better survivability better speed lower profile and is a unique reward vehicle

Agreed. I am playing it currently... this tank is a better sniper than the Leopard's because of it's smaller silhouette and auto loader.

the tank isn't that mobile when you have to circle around opponents, it's fast in a straight line but doesn't take turns that well
I think out of the object 777 ver. 2, ae phase 1 and the char future it will have to be this tank in my opinion as it is completely unique compared to other tanks in the game as the object and the AE are just clones that feel a bit different and considering I am grinding down the t110e5 line and the object 277 line they won’t feel fun and unique compared to tanks I am already playing but I am getting the bc 25t and this tank will be a fresh new play style for me as I have just finished grinding the British meds

No. As long as the tank is premium or a reward (which the Char Futur 4 is), you can transfer any French MT crew without penalty.

It kinda remids me of the old swedish heavy tank in terms of the intraclip reaload which is not that bad if you have mobility, for me atleast its a viable option but then again i dont know which tank to pick, the russian, the french future tank ,or ,the american (i forgot the name)

Never was really intrested in Frontline and stuff, but this year i will play it because i want this tank, it looks sexy, is balanced and has a different enough playstyle from the standard french autoloader to be intresting to play :x
Personally i think about 3,5 seconds Intraclip would be preferable and still balanced, but well, cant have everything.

I know how it will feel: like worse than most other tier 9's. All those reward tanks can use a little buffing here and there. They're substantially worse than regular tanks.
Give it 3.3 sec intraclip and it will be an awesome tank to grind for.
it seems like carrying he on this wouldnt be as bad idea as the tier 10 batchat, only 4 out of 32 shells instead of 5 out of 30, so 1/8th of the ammo capacity instead of 1/6th, not good, but not nearly as bad as the batchat
So after your reviews what reward tank is most worth it?

Looks good, one thing I would change is the inter-clip reload, for me 4s is too much, despite having a little bit of armour for a French med, still is not near enough for high tier games and so you can't sit for long period in front of a tank to unload your clip, so maybe make it 3 or 3.3 seconds the inter-clip.
I think, since this tank is pretty good at long range, it would also work to lower the clip reload to 35 base instead of 40 base... it feels to long, if you also take that long to unload
you shouldn't be sitting for long period in front of an enemy tank in the first place (this is a terrible idea in most case and only marginally better with autoloader unless you are certain you can kill it and you can survive the health trade)
especially with the gun handling on this tank.... I mean with 0.34 accuracy and 2.2 second aim time? that should already be an obvious clue that this tank is not intended to be used the way you throw other french autoloader.
And I think this is actually good, it gives enough identity and characteristic to make the tank something different than standard french autoloader...
4 second between autoloading shots in exchange for 2.2 second aim time and 0.34 accuracy is a fair exchange imho...

As an autoloader you are forced to sit for a long period of time clipping a target, 4s inter-clip is way too long for a tank that has barely an armour, say what you want but this is the truth and you wont change my mind.

Just because it has better accuracy and aim timing doesn't mean that this tank should be played any different than any other french autoloader, you wasting its potential if you play it as sniper.

40 sec reload is a problem also others will know that the bucket is not part of the tank.
I was so lucky i bounced off a heavy tank shell with my su 130pm turret
14:42 I'm quite sure these buildings in sand river don't really care what ammunition you use, they crumble part by part anyway and consume the shell. Decent cover when capping on encounter.

It'd seem to depend on what you prefer playing. Do you like Bat-Chats or Russian heavies better? The Char Futur seems to be pretty much a Bat-Chat except with troll armor on the front, and while the 777 seems like a pretty typical Soviet heavy.
I'd probably go for the 777, since I suck at lights and light-mediums, and even with the surprising armor I doubt I'd do well in the Char Futur. Whereas even a scrub like me can play Soviet heavies.

Depends on situation and your preference
777 II for side scraping
AE for ridge lines
Char f 4 for attacks of opportunity, flanking

There's literally a perk for putting out fire quickly.
And you dont skill it unless you have a lot of skillpoints
the skill u talk about reduce the damage per fire damage tick, but doesnt reduce the speed of erasing the fire

The tank looks like it will be ok. I just wish Wargaming would fix the match making, it's still broken. When almost every game is either 5-15 or 15-5 it's just not fun to play. I also think that like SPG's, autoloaders shouldn't be able to platoon before the match.
