There are pros to it being an older practice, you can fit much more into the same space. With these new codes there’s no way you can fit 2 bathrooms into 644 sq ft. This was a super old practice when I took over and we are at 10 years of being in business. Hitting our 10 year mark is so surreal.. I knew I wanted to reinvest back into the office in a special way!
