I use this for slowing me down when I go down a hill on my longboard at 25mph face first. It would be impossible for me to stop without it since there is a road where cars drive buy infront of me. I litteraly trust my whole life with this thing. I used to have to dig my feet in the ground and my shoes would melt by the friction, but now it works just fine!
Yes it will improve everything because it adds intesity to your normal cardio running exercise.
Just bought this, can't to be the joke of my neighbourhood! by the way, I feel zero resistance despite sprinting the fastest possible.. I think the point was to make you sprint faster than you ever thought you could!! lol.. this was my epic workout fail!

dont train speed more than 2 times a week
ballislife 34 I do 2 to 3 a week. Sometimes back to back. Makes no difference how much you train. I'm the fastest I've ever been doing what I do.
