  • In this video, I provide an update on my #carnivorediet journey. It's week #8 on #carnivore and I've been having non-meat #cravings this week! As a #type2diabetic, my goal is to use the carnivore diet/lifestyle to reverse my #type2diabetes. This means my primary goal is not #weightloss (although that would be a nice side benefit) but lowering and stabilizing my #bloodsugar with an #A1C target of less than or equal to 5.5 (average fasting glucose of ~ 110), reaching a "normal" triglyceride level, and increasing my HDL cholesterol so that I can live a #drug-free lifestyle as I move forward toward #retirement where food acts as my pharmaceuticals and helps my body stave off the ailments that often come with old age.

    Sounds as if you’re not eating enough, I’d try more fat and salt

      Thanks for the comment. I think it is a mental thing with historical food triggers and times of the day contributing. That said, I have upped my salt intake and fat.

      You’ll get there, it takes time. I am doing it to try to reverse my Type2 diabetes, that’s my main goal. We’ve all been brainwashed by the Food Industry and Big Pharma to ingest all sugar, carbs and Preservative based food. Poisoning us, thus relying upon the treatment of the Symptoms and not the cure.
