Peak 80s movie. It's not even one of my favorites but it's comforting. If I still had cable and it came on I'd leave it on. 8, does exactly what I need it to do. If I'm in a the mood for an 8, often times a 10 isn't my vibe, then this movie is a 10 when it comes to being an 8
One of my favorite childhood movies. Double 1989 Fred Savage feature with Little Monsters.
Besides this and Little Big League, I also remember Luke Edwards from a couple of early Rosanne episodes as Crystal's son Lonnie.

It's definitely overly complex for a kids movie but the half siblings was becoming more of a normal thing in the 80's. Little did they know how common it would become.
As a kid in the 80’s I spent every summer in Reno & I remember a lot of the casinos had arcades right next to them because I remember my parents giving me & my sister $20 each to disappear. & also casino morongo which is located next to those dinosaurs has an arcade in it
My friend Luke is the wizard I met him in my 20’s and was tripping out at first when he told me what Movies he was in. So many I grew up watching him in.

I just saw this movies poster in a old navy about an hour ago😂
I saw this one in theaters. It was fun and interesting as a kid. I don't think that it's held up well, but it's an interesting road trip movie.

I'm SO glad you talked about the power glove. I had to have this because of this movie. I got it for Christmas and used it like 2 times before it collected dust. Just awful. 😂

Also, I remember seeing this movie on Nickelodeon in the 90s before they started airing original films.
