Men In Black came out in 1997 and was the highest grossing film of the year. It was nominated for 3 oscars, winning one of them and spawned 3 more films, an animated TV series, video games, toys and a theme park attraction. But is it as good as we all remember it? Strap yourselves in for this wild ride of an episode and if you don’t like what we have to say at the end, you can always neuralize yourselves and forget it ever happened!

Imagine the Who's On First routine you could have with the agent names. "Which agent should we assign this one too?"
    "U."
    "Me? Why?"
    "No Y's on another assignment."

This was an incredibly nostalgic movie for me. As a kid me my dad and brother would get this from the library and watch it over and over. Sometimes syfy would play the first and second one back to back and we would marathon it. :)

How did y'all talk about the bug on the windshield and then just come to the conclusion that it didn't mean anything? Symbolism is pretty important in film making. The first words are, "goddamn bugs" and then there's a bug...that invades.

Great point! They really glimpse over it and that’s really what we loved about the movie. Leah and mean!

@@ConfusedBreakfast I’m biased because I’m a world builder for games and conveying story beats or direction with little to know words is my whole thing. lol. it really is a phenomenal film. It probably has the most flawless pacing I’ve seen in a science fiction film.

The structures you are referencing are remains from the World's Fair that was held in Queens NY in 1939. The theme of that fair was all about the future/world of tomorrow. Very oft referenced in pop culture. Didn't they make mention in the film that the fair served as a cover-up for aliens making contact in NY, because why else would they have it in Queens?
