Hi, im going to singapore soon, is marina barrage open for everyone or its like office tower or something? I want to fly my drone in singapore, rigght now im plotting where i can fly it. Thnx in advance for your info
steve sentanoe Gday. It’s open for anyone to fly from. 200’ is the highest you can fly. (It’s an old kite flying rule that’s not been updated). Don’t fly over the gardens or too close to the Marina Sands Hotel. Check this www for more fly/no fly zones. flywhere.sg. Have fun!
steve sentanoe I have heard, from a shop owner there, that they can do that near the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. May be urban myth, but I wasn’t going to risk a $30000 drone to test the theory. :) Up and down the river, where I was, was fine.

It’s a great place to fly. Just keep it in sight always, and you’ll be fine.
