This is to me the best resto for the 3rd gen so far that I have seen on line. I have spent the last few years building my 92 Camaro. I removed everything except the glass LS swapped 5 speed manual 3 rd gen I love his car I hope to see more videos on it Good choice to feature Thank you!!!
Right on...I had a 84 and as long as I kept the seal clean...and the drain clean...Never leaked....I had tuned it up a little and it was like you said a go-kart....Very quick and nimble....Coming from a 79 Trans Am..lol
Very well done 1985 Iroc-Z. My Airforce buddy had one .. Black T tops 305V-8 86 or 87 back in the 80s. Those cars were nice as original or present day like this red one. Nice video ScottieD.
Looks great! What I like about it is that it still looks like an 80s/3rd Gen FB. Still looks mostly "era" correct but with mods of better craftmanship that could have been done in the 80s. 20+ years from now it will still look like it came from the 80s!

Nice design 👌 My senior year in high school I had a 1990 IROC. It was red i had a GTA gold rims. Had a Craiger rear louvers and had been painted red. F-40 huge rear spoiler and IROC turbo hood. Red interior this was my baby. I drove that car and had almost 300k smiles. I really missed that car but at that time lots of parts are dieing on me. I couldn't afford it anymore. Again, nice looking car my plan was trying to get the widebody IROC series body kit.

I would like to thank you for the walk around and interview with the man behind the scenes, and thanks for the video. What event we're you referring to in Columbus OH. Very nice IROC. Interior is super. I had an 87 with T tops that leaked like crazy but love the car it was quick & cornered like a Kart.

@@ScottieDTV I had a 81 Z28 and the tops never leaked on it...Just put vaseline on it a few times each summer to keep the rubber soft it was ok..
