Hy leo! iam suffering from severe depression And physical bodily pain symptoms for last 3 months, iam taking two psych meds present.. can i tapper of both clonazepam (0.5 mg) & vortioxetin (10mg) have been using for 3 weeks only.. I don't want to stay on these pills which cannot give me relef rather more I'll feeling.. Please advice me n ur support needed 🙏 iam eagerly waiting for ur reply, I don't want to regret in future help me.. Does his idea helps me to overcome depression and physical pain also.. Leo this sounds exactly what I am experiencing. I was told 7 years ago I had a lung fungus and they gave me an inhaler and oxygen. I only use the oxygen when I feel like I am struggling. I’ve always been a mouth breather so even when I’m on the oxygen I’m not really getting that much. I know the biggest battle is in my mind. My constant thoughts are about breathing. Wondering if i go out somewhere can I walk the distance I may need to walk. Then I get the panic and anxiety. I have listened to Dr Joe before but never stuck with it. I’m gonna do it this time after reading your post. Thank you for sharing.

Just manifested my dream farm about 7 years earlier than what matter to matter would have taken with 6 months of visualization twice a day. I would even cry in gratitude often. @@EvanCarmichael I’ve always thought this and people say I’m INSANE! I almost died in 2013. I had one last ditch effort for the last medication to work or I was a goner. They even had me do a living will! I prayed and this was the mentality I used to heal myself! For bilateral bells palsey doctor said there was nothing they could do but I did!!! I honestly believe God gives us this gift. Thanks for sharing! This is going to become my life’s journey! THANK YOU! Blessings!

In the last year and a half I’ve been actively practicing Taoism again and have had incredible spiritual experiences around it. As an unexpectated side effect- I have manifested some wild things! Then one day I heard that Taoism is the path to manifesting and that got me thinking- that makes good sense! So I researched it and the internet validated my hypothesis- that because Taoism teaches one how to let go and flow (which is a cute way of saying “get beyond the self”) and this is the state you must be in to manifest. The flow/ detached state! And I’m here to tell you this stuff is so real. I went from a skeptic to 100% KNOW this is truth because there’s no way all of what I manifested was a coincidence. Some were so big and so specific, it’s not possible. Now JD is explaining the exact same process but using quantum language.

Summary of this video --1)U have to learn hw to take all of ur attention off ur body n become a nobody can take all of ur attention off all the people in ur life that u give so much of ur attention n energy to becoz u have an emotion associated with them n get beyond all the people in ur life.
2)U have to go from something to nothing.U got to stop thinking about the predictable future in the known or familiar past n go rt into the present moment go from some time to no time if u do that properly u become pure consciousness n that's hw u enter the field.
3)U place ur attention is where u place ur energy .i.e invisible energy that unifies n connects everything material.
4)So now when u are creating from the field n u combine a clear intention with an elevated emotion n u are connected n u feel connected the suggestion of an alternative way to create is that when there's a vibrational match between ur energy n some future reality.
U actually no longer have to go anywhere to get it.
5) Reconditioned ur brain it is the artifact of everything.So it's the thought being the language of the brain n the emotion being the language of the body n hw we think n hw we feel creates our state of being so many people reaffirm their state of being.l completely by the past n so it only takes a thought n a feeling an image of an emotion a stimulus n response to start the reconditioning process so we start to condition the brain n body hardwire the brain condition the body emotionally.
6)Our body doesn't know the difference between the real life experience that's creating the emotion n the emotion we are creating by memory alone the body's believing it's living in the same environment.
7)Emotions n habitations that have been conditioned into the body in the predictable future.So we have to understand then that change requires not only being greater than the environment bt also being greater than our body.
It's like training an animal now u are telling the body it's no longer the mind that u are the mind.
8)If u have had some pretty rough experiences in ur past n those experiences caused u to feel sad ,unworthy guilty , judgement n harm u .U start say today-- I m not going to do that any longer becoz that's the old self n u start heading towards the new self.
9)The best way to predict ur future is to create it not from the known bt from the unknown.N when u get comfortable in the place of the unknown that's where the magic happens.
10)Open ur heart n allowing urself to let go .
Technique to open ur heart -Close ur eyes n do breathing exercise for few mints After that whtever thought is coming in ur mind .Feel n show love ,compassion ,care n gratitude for any thought .
11)Change ur personality.Becoz ur personality creates ur personal reality it's that simple n ur personality is made up of hw u think,hw u feel n hw u act.
