Oh geez Adi! Thank goodness for the journal! We have ssssoooo much fraud in Cali and the US. That's why our state rules are so tight and we don't have online notary...yet.😮 Speaking of...what did you think of online notarizing in TX?
Yea I think it’s good we don’t have online notary here, it’s more of a chance to have someone do fraud 😵
Wow thank you for sharing. I am working on my LSA now. I'm already commissioned. I had no idea it was so easy for people to take info. That is really scary.
It shouldn’t be this easy for them to make fake stamps but it is. And our info is public information too!
