What an enchanting arrangement! I am so lucky to have the 5 books of your piano method. It is always a great pleasure to learn to play the piano with your music books with the most beautiful melodies arround the world!
In my childhood I sang the song "Katjuscha", it is the first part of the Cossack song and I thought it was beautiful even then. I like the whole Kazachok even better.🙌

This is great! Is there a name for the technique that you are using to play the accompaniment? What I mean is that you appear to be stroking rather than pressing some of the keys at times for a softer effect.
Yess it is staccato ;-)
@@PianoNotion Well, that is simple enough! It is easy to hear the staccato but your technique is so smooth that I thought there might be a more advanced term for it. Anyway, whatever it is called, it sounds amazing the way you play it! Thanks for your reply.
